Skip going there and just pick up at the grocery. Same cold and tough doughnuts via the drive thru as what you get at Kroger!

If you’re not familiar with Krispy Kreme, stop here when the hot and fresh sign is on. The donuts melt in your mouth. The inside of this store has reopened since the COVID shutdown. Some staff were friendly. Others were not. The service was relatively faster than before when it was painfully slow. The floor was very sticky which was a little disgusting. Children like to watch the doughnuts being made.There is a drive thru here and indoor seating.

Never have any of the specialty doughnuts. Came at 7 am so they arent sold out but out of the 4 types of doughnuts, had none of them. Go if you only want glazed or chocolate covered only.

Call me crazy but just went to Krispy Kreme this morning (Friday March 22) around 6:20am. I asked for a dozen glazed hot fresh now donuts and the guy in the drive through was rude and acted like he didn't know what that was. He said it would be awhile for those. I asked how long and he said 10 to 11. I said minutes and he said 10 to 11 O'clock. I couldn't wait that long so settled for the 10 hour old donuts. Maybe I'm being overly critical but how can you not have fresh donuts in the morning. Or being told it will me around lunch time until they have fresh donuts. Oh I miss the individual donut shops that made them fresh each morning.
This location does not close until 10:00. We came to the drive thru at 9:20 Drive Thru open sign was on we waited you could see employees inside no one came to the drive thru to take our order then the lady inside looks at us at the drive thru and proceeds to turn the drive thru sign off. She did not acknowledge us and proceeded to go to the back. I got out and knocked on the glass all employees ignored us..this is not the way to treat customers if you don’t want a job go elsewhere I will be contacting your Corporate office as well about this matter

Went at 7am had to wait half an hour for 1 dozen glazed doughnuts that we specifically asked for to be fresh. When we got it it was cold and tasted like it was a week old. Service was terrible too. Employees just took their time doing whatever they wanted.
