The worst food you could imagine it also took a bit over an hour to take our order. When we were the second table of the day.Other tables that came after us ordered and got food before we ordered.The chicken and steak were almost non-existent on the fajita plate and the few pieces that were there were tiny and dry, like really dry, it was basically a pile of cooked onions.Enchilada (steak and chicken) both dry to the point of not being edible.Margaritas were average, but the food was beyond bad.

Asked to speak with manager and needless to say not a good interaction at all. She could care less we couldn’t eat beef and there was a huge chunk of beef in the food. She was like we can replace it. Well we have no appetite after being faced with that . Then she would not even box it up. Just not good customer service. She was not kind or understanding or sympathetic and showed no empathy. She was Nonchalant about the whole thing. We loved this restaurant and is close. We will never beck back. I understand mistakes but getting oh well was not good. In addition she was like don’t order it like that. Instead order À la car. Just not good coming from a manager.

This is a restaurant we go to all the time as it is close to the house. Needless to say the last 2 times it had been bad. My mom is a vegetarian and both times there was beef in her meal. Yesterday i spoke to the lady manager at the Brentwood location and she was not helpful at all. She could care less about the fact that a senior citizen who has never eaten meat had beef in her food. The lady manager even told me that if i order items that require gilling it can contain meat. if i do not want meat to order A la cart and not a grilled item. In addition she would not refund the food. Only replace it. She would not box it either. Who wants to eat after getting something they do not eat in the food - appetite is gone. manager needs a course in how to show care and how to handle situations.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. The food was generic, tasty and good. I noticeded the rustic looking crockery - which was a great touch. I enjoyed a great cocktail, too. What I most enjoyed however, was the atmosphere created by the interior design and background music, plus the very efficient and pleasant server who handled our order. All together, a winning combination. Well done.

I met 2 of my favorite people here for lunch Saturday as soon as the doors opened! Victoria was our amazing server. The food was so delicious from appetizers to main course that I forgot to take pics!!! But I’m so glad that I kept the receipt because I’m ordering the same thing on my next visit!!! For Sure! ?I also received a free cheese dip because I’m an e-club member ?Thank Youuuuuu Las Palmas and Victoria for your service!Parking: Ample parking with Kroger parking lot available also if needed.Kid-friendliness: I saw several children enjoying themselves. They looked like they had been to a game.
I’ve been here twice and both times were not a pleasure. My order was wrong twice and had to go back to the kitchen twice. The taco shell was cooked so hard that it was no longer edible. I spoke to the manager about it and he tounge twisted. The food here is 4/10. The “grilled” chicken really isn’t grilled. I’ve had way better experiences services wise and especially food wise. This is the closest mexican restaurant to me but I will never visit this place again.

I will say the food is still good. However the prices have gone up while sizes have gone down. I can understand one or the other but the portions have definitely decreased drastically. I will make sure to post a picture next time to show what I am talking about.
