Both doors locked, half hour before they closed - no signs saying why they were closing early or that it was holiday hours, absolutely ridiculous.
If there was an issue and they had to close early, it would have taken a minute to put a sign on all the doors. This is the second issue we’ve had with this location, we won’t be back.

The food is always 10000%! Ever since Panera got rid of their potato soup, I’ve been a die-hard fan of McAlister’s amazing potato soup. Their sandwich selection is long and there’s never a wrong choice in what to order. I can confidently say that everything they offer is SO yummy!

I was here earlier today. ( first my company orders lunches from this location all the time ) Morgan who is over their catering is amazing. I walk in with a free meal coupon VIP coupon that was given to me due to the work lunch order I had placed. We order and everyone is so kind. Sit down and the manager brings out a slice of cheese cake for us. Noting we had VIP coupons and he was thinking our last experience was bad. I explained to him how I obtained them and he was genuinely so kind. I don't know how they train their staff but they absolutely do a wonderful job. Hands down one of my favorite places to order from and go to. They are exceptional

This is my 3rd time in store. Each time I have gotten terrible svc. I order online and when I pickup I am NEVER greeted and completely ignored until I speak up. Twice it has been same person and today even worse. Then your forced to leave tip when they absolutely don't deserve a dime!!

Have eaten at most of the local McAlisters and they have consistently good food. I usually order the Grilled Chicken Club, always tasty. Their Tea and Lemonade combo is the best I have found at a local restaurant.
