John is exceptional every time we come into this location, he is the best! We were so well taken care of by him and his crew when we sat down for lunch today. We even got a piece of carrot cake which was a 10/10, we love this location and appreciate John so much. Come see him it will make your day!

Stopped at McAlister’s Brentwood, TN while driving by from Indiana. The staff were great (although, as everywhere lately, covering for no-show employees). John went above and beyond to make sure our visit was positive in every way. If only he could be carbon copied everywhere!

What a wonderful staff and management team!! I came in yesterday to place a to-go order during what looked like peak lunchtime. I received it pretty quickly and was in a rush so I was happy. Once I arrived back to my destination, I noticed I was missing my side of potato salad. (Which is my bad for not double checking like normal, especially knowing it was busy.) I called the location and spoke with Ben to see if I could come pick my missing item up today, even without a receipt. He apologized and was very kind and assured me I would be able to pick that up today. When arriving, I was greeted with a smile from all the staff and the nice young lady at the front remembered me pretty quickly. She also apologized and was quick to get me my item. During this, the manager insisted on giving me the whole original meal (a free wrap and a free drink, plus the potato salad ofc)! Did not expect that at all! Especially for something as small as a missing side! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE through and through!! McAllisters of Brentwood!! Thank you guys so much!!! Will be back to this location for sure. 😊

We went with a friend to McAlisters. We had a wonderful experience. Our friend is vegan and they took her order and were careful to make sure they got her order right. John and Ben brought the food to our table. They told us to say their names if we needed anything. Ianna was so kind to look for a specific condiment for our friend. The food was excellent and the service was like dining in a fancy restaurant! We will be back!

Both doors locked, half hour before they closed - no signs saying why they were closing early or that it was holiday hours, absolutely ridiculous.
If there was an issue and they had to close early, it would have taken a minute to put a sign on all the doors. This is the second issue we’ve had with this location, we won’t be back.
