What a wonderful staff and management team!! I came in yesterday to place a to-go order during what looked like peak lunchtime. I received it pretty quickly and was in a rush so I was happy. Once I arrived back to my destination, I noticed I was missing my side of potato salad. (Which is my bad for not double checking like normal, especially knowing it was busy.) I called the location and spoke with Ben to see if I could come pick my missing item up today, even without a receipt....

John should be promoted to manager.If not regional manager he seriously puts a smile on everyone's face.I saw at least 5 to 10 people.Just chatting with them, cause he's so cool.But he also gets everything done

We went with a friend to McAlisters. We had a wonderful experience. Our friend is vegan and they took her order and were careful to make sure they got her order right. John and Ben brought the food to our table. They told us to say their names if we needed anything. Ianna was so kind to look for a specific condiment for our friend. The food was excellent and the service was like dining in a fancy restaurant! We will be back!
