Worst McDonald’s location. Don’t go here. No one can follow a simple no pickle, extra onion burger order. Turn over rate for workers is super high, never see the same people very long. They don’t know what they are doing. Cold fries and they don’t fill them up all the way.

The associates are unable to properly read. That is the only reasonable excuse why it seems every time I come here my burger is not made the way I’ve requested. I’m telling you now, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. To top it off the ones who are in the wrong in the first place can’t even have the decency to say my apologies or act like one would when working in customer service.

My recent visit to McDonald's was a complete letdown. After waiting in line for what felt like an eternity—nearly half an hour for just chicken nuggets and coke—I finally received my order, only to find it was lukewarm. The entire restaurant seemed chaotic, with a clear lack of organization and not nearly enough staff to handle the volume of customers. Tables were dirty, orders were delayed, and the overall atmosphere was one of utter disarray. It's disappointing to see such a well-known chain fall so short on basic service and quality.

For such an expensive area....the burgers were thin, burnt and thrown in the bag not fully wrapped....fries were not cooked all the way and just a clump in the fry bag

We went on a Saturday evening through their drive thru and I am happy to report that all the helpful employees provided us with the best experience possible! We ordered the $5 special value meal which included a fried chicken sandwich with fries, nuggets and a coke. Everything was cooked to order and hot! Special thank you to all the hard working employees and management for your excellence!
