The worst McDonald’s in the area. It’s so bad sometimes I go 10 minutes out of my way to the one at Nolensville rd/Old Hickory. They fill the fries half full and they’re always cold. Most of the time when I come here I’m missing items including whole sandwiches. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten home with missing food from this place. Today I got home with my daughter’s fish filet and the bun is rock solid and inedible. I’ll probably never come to this location again

I really wanted to like this place. The sound system was horrible, toilets were stopped up in the women’s bathroom. The lady and her husband next to me paid over $100 for their food. Even after they informed their waitress that their food was cold when it arrived nothing but an apology from her was all they got. I really wanted to like this place. I really wanted to give this place a chance. I got the wrong order of food, but I was so hungry and we waited so long. I just took what she gave me.

Rude employees,long waiting times in drive thru, food raw and frozen, if you complain they just make you wait longer and give you bad food. They show no customer satisfaction concerns. I totally will never buy anything from them again. They don't care that they sell and give out poisoned food to kids or anyone. My daughter has been puking 4 days now from there uncooked raw nasty food.

I’ve never complain on a review, but this was the worst lunch ever at a McDonald’s. Filet of fish was truly lukewarm, fries were not salted. (Ordered la carte with a senior coffee.) I requested a cup of water and they wanted to charge me $1.00 for it. No other store in the Brentwood or Franklin area charges for this. A poor choice by the operator.

They manage to get almost every single order wrong this morning. Wrapped several Egg McMuffins in Sausage McMuffin wrappers instead of Sausage McMuffins and did not provide picante sauce for burritos, as asked. The employees can't get simple things right, undoubtedly a reflection of poor management.
The mc. Double with Mac sauce was so greasy the grease was dripping through the rapper. The customer service was great and they were fast and my frappuccino was perfect so I'm giving them three stars. Mostly because the hamburger was so bad. 😢
Parking: The take out parking spots emptied out pretty quickly there was one taken and when I pulled in within 2 minutes the car next to me was gone.

We are a regular diet coke or dr pepper purchasers here. Their drinks can't be beat and the employees are great. We occasionally purchase food because McDonald's food is less than tasty. Today we decided to try their McDouble. Let's just say oops we messed up! Mc Donald's really needs to work on that!
