Evan, our host, was simply amazing. He took the time to get the names of everyone in our post of 6 and was extremely attentive. He offered valuable recommendations and perspectives. We will ask for him in the future!
Mére Bulles maintains its historical status well and seeks to give attention to every detail of the dining experience. I am proud to be a longtime patron.
Always a pleasurable experience. Food quality and options for brunch are fantastic. Crème brûlée French toast is always a win
We enjoyed our dining experience for Mother's day brunch. Our server was very attentive as well as the entire staff. The manager was kind enough to come by the table and speak. We will definitely return.
One of the best meals I've had in town and the best service! The food was absolutely divine. We will be back! Such a lovely and delicious meal. Everything was fabulous and cooked perfectly. It is so refreshing to have such excellent customer service and care - we were celebrating and they celebrated with us! Thank you, Annmarie!

Make sure you know where they are going to seat you. Upstairs is a problem if you have older generation..the main food was downstairs which makes it difficult for them getting their food. Did not get our money's worth..the staff was great and tried to make sure we weren't too didappointed.

Easter Brunch at Mere Bulles was exceptional as always! Food, service, ambiance, everything was great. Our server was amazing.
We went to Mere Bulles on a busy Friday night, and we were seated on the patio, which was lovely, and well appointed. It was clear there were several larger parties and the noise level was maybe 6/10. As we got there at the end of dinner rush, the patio quieted by the end of our meal.
Appetizer- Bruschetta 8/10 Hard to mess up, delicious but not notable.
She Crab Soup 9.8/10 Loved this, a personal preference, would have liked the option to add a touch more pepper.
Dinner- Short Rib w/ Mashed Potatoes, Carrots, and Brussel Sprouts 10/10 Flavor was incredible!
Goat Cheese Salad 8.5/10 Exactly what I wanted after the heavy apps. I liked that the breading on the goat cheese wasn't thick and tough. I also appreciated the addition of green apple to a pretty typical dish, which elevated the heaviness of the goat cheese. I would like to see an additional green other than spinach, if you are savoring your meal, spinach does tend to get a bit slimy with time.
Service 7/10 When we were seated we waited several minutes for our waiter. He apologized and we moved on. He was very attentive while walking us through the wine specials and menu, and we appreciated his guidance. Once our orders were in, unfortunately he seemed to disappear. We waited for a long time for him to notice we had finished our meal, even with our plates stacked at the end of the table. He did offer free dessert to make up for the absence, which increased my score, as it was obvious he knew we were unhappy; but we declined.
Overall, a good experience. We will definitely be back.

This review is related to brunch only - I have had many lunches and dinners at Mere Bulles that were great. The good: variety of items, well-staffed stations The bad: Most of the food was at best, room temperature. Examples - the prime rib was borderline cold and the eggs benedict, although prepared in front of me, were room temperature and the staff member did not properly drain the egg from the water, so the muffin was soggy. The fried chicken was not crispy after sitting in the buffet container. Our reservation was at 9:30a when they opened, so it was confusing why the items were not fresh and hot. And the price! We paid over $400 for 8 people and it was certainly not worth it.
Always a great experience! The buffet was hot & fresh with a great variety! Staff was exceptional as always!
Fantastic!
