May want to tell your employees to stay off their cell while working in front of customers. I guess that’s why they work at a place like Smoothie King though…

Drove out of our way on a Friday night to go to this Smoothie King. Upon entering the girl behind the counter was talking to her 2 friends. As soon as we walked in she asked someone what time it was. It was 8:45 and the store closes at 9. She told us everything was already put away and that she was told to clean up at 8:45. Extremely rude! I don't know who the franchise owner is but I can't imagine this is the way they would want customers treated. We will never go back there! If the store closes at 9, then at 8:45 we should still be served.

Walked in and was never greeted. The team captain just continued to work and never acknowledged I was there! I’m concerned about the level of professionalism and enthusiasm to assist all clients.

Definitely would recommend you go to this location! My first time ever going to smoothie king. Great customer service and the light skinned girl I think her name was Sabrina was very patient and help me decide on what to get.

I visited Smoothie King tonight to grab an açai bowl, which was as delicious as usual. However, my experience took a serious downturn when I used the restroom before picking up my order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a New York subway bathroom and was one of the grossest, nastiest places I've ever encountered. The floor was sticky with what I can only assume was urine, and the seat was up with urine on it. It was clear that this restroom hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer.

I couldn't shake the feeling of disgust and, unfortunately, lost my appetite completely. I ended up sitting there with a $13 açai bowl that I just couldn’t bring myself to eat. It honestly made me question whether the employees have a separate restroom to use, because if they have to use that one, that's a serious issue.

If you’re heading to Smoothie King on Franklin Road, do yourself a favor and avoid the bathroom entirely. You’ll likely lose your appetite, and it could make you feel like you’ve wasted your money. I sincerely hope they address the cleanliness issue soon, as it was a major turn-off during an otherwise routine visit.

Rory was very kind to me despite how busy it was in smoothie king. I accidentally ordered my smoothie to the wrong location. During this time there were multiple people in smoothie King and Rory was the only one there. She was still able to help me with a smile on her face and help me resolve this problem. She went above and beyond to service all the customers in a timely and professional manner. It takes a special hardworking individual to help multiple customers at one time. This young lady is a very hard worker!! I will forever come here because of her kindness. Thanks Rory!
