Smoothie King - Brentwood, TN 3/25 at 8:42pm - Location closes at 9pm. Upon arriving the door was locked with two employees inside (two ladies one of short and one of tall stature). I then called and the shorter employee (as pictured) answered the phone. I proceeded to ask for corporates number and was told she did not know. I then expressed even an email address would suffice, and I was then told again she did not know and that I would have to come back in the morning. I proceeded to ask if I could speak to the manager working tonight, and was told there wasn’t one working. My next question was who might the manager be who would be working in the morning, and as if I were listening to a broken record I received the same answer “I do not know, you’ll have to come back in the morning. (then sarcastically) Have a nice night” and as if she were not worried about any type of reprimand or consequences she hung up on me. These are the individuals who provided such a horrible and rude customer service experience at this smoothie king location. The ease and pleasure they took in not doing their job tonight with me, I can only imagine how many others they have so rudely treated. I would still like to speak to corporate and would appreciate someone at the location to call and apologize for their staffs lack of customer service and common decency. I drove 27 minutes out of my way to this location to be treated with such distaste.

I can’t believe they only had one employee working by herself with a line of 20 people waiting for their orders. She definitely deserves a raise and management needs to step it up ! Sucks to spends your entire lunch break waiting for a smoothie. Never coming back !

The 5 stars are not for this place but for the poor girl they had working by herself today during lunch hours. She was working so hard, trying to get all the orders done and doing her best with No Help!She deserves a raise or a better job

This is one of the worst smoothie kings I have ever been to. The smoothies are fine, but they are supposed to be open at 7 AM, but I would say out of a dozen times I have ordered from this location, at least 50% of the time my order goes through and they are still closed when I get there for pickup. I understand things happen. But you should change your hours or something, because you are rarely open at 7 AM. Hell it’s usually closer to 8am when I get there and still not open.

By far the worst run smoothie king in the Brentwood / Franklin area. Not only are they extremely slow but they do not properly train their staff to make the ingredients.

I stood in the store for 10 full minutes. Someone was washing dishes in the back room, she looked out right at me and didn’t come out to help me. There was no one else working. Terrible.

We arrived at 7 pm on Sunday, expecting the place to be open until 8 pm, but they had already closed. When we questioned why they had their "open" sign up until 8 pm, they simply apologized and admitted they were closed. Additionally, she was rude.

I ordered my 20 oz vegan mango kale smoothie online at 3:16 pm. It told me it would be ready by 3:26 pm at the LATEST... but in reality, I didn't receive the smoothie until 3:40. I am not ok with this madness. Not only was it extremely late to be made, the women working were both just rude. I didn't even get an apology. Maybe if I received and apology for that I wouldn't be writing such a review.. (I was almost late to practice because of this so thanks a lot smoothie king on franklin road.?)

My daughter and I go to this location 3-4 times a week! We love the smoothie bowls. We get the same ones every time! There was always a guy and a girl who worked there and both we so nice and sweet! However the last two times we have gone there have been new people who were not familiar with the menu and made a complete mess out of our order. But today was next level! The girl with dark hair and a lot of Jewlery rolled her eyes when we asked her to correct the order. Was slamming things on the counter like she was very very angry. When she cut up the banana she looked at my daughter who is 13 and said in a very sarcastic snarky tone you want the rest of this banana which I thought was a bizarre question. When my daughter nicely said no thank you she threw the banana in the trash can. I tried to explain to her that we were not trying to be difficult but we wanted the correct ingredients on our smoothie bowls and she glared at me like I was crazy and dismissed my conversation by saying yeah and turned her back! We love Smoothie king but why would you want to frequent a business where the employees mock you for asking to get the order as it is described on their menu. It upset my daughter greatly!! Whoever owns this store needs to seriously do some customer service training and better employment checks because being hateful to your customers will not help your business at all. It was truly one of the worst experiences and that girl was so mean about the entire situation. And I said several times we are not trying to be difficult we just want the order made correctly! I'm appalled by the entire situation!! If zero stars was possible that would be my rating!

I don’t particularly like smoothies, but my wife does. So, when she asked from her Covid sick bed for a “gladiator”, I dutifully drove to the Brentwood location to get it for her. Unfortunately, they decided to close an hour and a half early.If your door says 9pm, stay open until 9.

The smoothies are great, the employees are doing their best. 3 mornings I came between 7:15-8:30 am, they have only 1 employee to take orders, make smoothies, and make the online mobile orders. Not the employees fault, but the manager needs to step up and be there or have more than 1 person staffed.

The hours on their door (and on google amd on their website) says they close at 9. Showed up at 825, doors were locked and the workers inside said they were closed. Their website still had online ordering enabled, allowing pickup until 9.

Just picked an order for my son. Only one guy working and doing a Great job. Very friendly and getting it all done by himself.
