Worst attitudes from staff. Hand sanitizer was out and bathrooms are closed so nowhere to wash hands. Drink was good but cheese sticks were cold and they forgot the marinara. Worst So ic I’ve ever been to. Shut this place down!

When you pay for extra Oreos in the blast and get this. Melrose sonic is much better when it comes to blasts.
Stood around for 10 min waiting for my order to be taken. Other cars got their order. Had my screen cleared and had to press the button again with no order taken again. The family standing next to me pressed their button and immediately got their order taken. Other time I got an ultimate meat and cheese burrito which was at least half tortilla. The worst Sonic this side of Nashville. Avoid at all cost

Don't be lazy and just drive to the Franklin location.
They don't blend any of their drinks whether it be the slushies or blasts, chili cheese tots are warm at best, and they have a horrible attitude. They don't even squeeze the lemon/lime.

I got a chocolate milkshake ...it was awful ! No flavor. Tastes like vanilla! And was Way too thick to be able to drink it with the straw. Never again.

By miles and miles, absolutely the worst "crispy chicken sandwich" I have ever tasted in my entire adult life. Paper thin, dark and elastic. One bite and the rest in the trash can. Too bad I couldn't give a less than one star.
Parking: Second to service, parking is the next best thing.

usually a wonderful experience but today a worker unlocked the bathroom and entered while I was on the toilet. After realizing her mistake she left, leaving the door unlocked so ANOTHER worker, this time a MAN- walked in on me using the restroom. Super disappointing experience at a typically great establishment. Food is good, just don't use the bathroom....

Refused to take order before posted closing time. Need to take a look at the Chick Fil A culture.

Ordered a milkshake on the app. Specifically asked for no cherries. They put FIVE in. So bizarre

On a busy, packed parking lot on a Friday night, I was prepared for bad service and bad food. Was totally overwhelmed with the opposite. The lady who took my order was prompt, polite, and had great attention to detail. The food arrived far sooner than I expected and was hot and fresh. Extremely pleased. Will definitely return. Also, highly recommend the soft pretzel.

This sonic location was fantastic today! We called ahead to order 125 slushies. They said no problem while another location had turned us away. They even called to confirm the order this morning. When we arrived, everything was ready and boxed up for us. Every single employee we spoke with or who assisted us was so kind. Exceptional service!! We will be back!

2 stars because the food still tasted good and I’m just a nice guy. I’m leaving this review only because it was so early and it took a few minutes for it to register with me that I was insulted.
Placed an order on my way into work and when I checked in (stall 24), the terminal didn't activate or display my name or order status like it does at every other Sonic. I waited patiently for the order to come out and even gave a few extra minutes beyond the expected time of 7:04 (order placed at 6:58) since I knew I was ordering lunch for breakfast. No big deal.
I finally pressed the button just to make sure they had received my order and knew I'd arrived. I wasn't rude or demanding, just let them know nothing showed up on my screen when I checked in and wanted to make sure they got my order. The person who answered wasn’t speaking loudly or clearly — or maybe the terminal itself was bad (common Sonic stuff). Anyway, I could barely understand him but I gave him my name to confirm.
At around 7:10, some little boy about 16 or 17 wearing a cap walks out to my car with my order and says something like "if you ordered a burger at 7 AM it's gonna be about a 6 minute wait" without realizing that we were well beyond 6 minutes. Not "thank you sir here's your food", not "sorry for your wait", just a lecture and bad attitude because he had to make something other than a burrito (I’m guessing). I've never been spoken to like that by a child. And again, I have no idea why it happened! I wasn't rude or ugly, just making sure they actually knew I was there!
Then I got to the office and my chili cheese tots were dumped out in the bottom of my bag bc they were obviously thrown in with anger. Sorry for spending money at your establishment with the expectation that you will deliver on the implicit promise you make by offering items on your menu. Everything is in decline! Sad!
