Too long of wait. Just for one drink in the delivery order, I waited 10 minutes still no drink so I left.

This is the second day that we’ve had to get out of line because the wait is SO long. The first day was 38 minutes with literally 0 movement the line and today was 30 minutes which matters on a work commute despite literally allotting time in my schedule to get coffee. They are literally the slowest, most useless Starbucks ever. Do not go if you need coffee in under <15 minutes & expect an hour.

Friendly enough, but waiting 10m to order in the drive through, then another 10m to get to the window just to be told “actually we don’t have that drink” is just not a good experience. I’d understand at least being told when I ordered. Either way though, drive through was very slow

I ordered 3 drinks, I was waiting for 20 minutes. Eventually I went up and asked if my coffee and 2 frappes were done. And the barista told me that she hasn’t even started on them. (There was no one else in the building besides me!!) I was late to a work meeting, because the service was so bad. I don’t recommend this Starbucks. I recommend going thru the McDonald’s Drive through instead, cause at least they are faster at making 2 frappes and a black coffee.

I get it-iced coffees need ice, but the my drink should not be ALL ice. I ordered a grande and got six to seven sips. Cheating the system is not a good look. We all know this is on purpose. I rarely come here because of the issues, and this further proves it. My picture is after my drink is done, so a while after ordered. You can see the amount of ice.

I never leave reviews — this Starbucks is very, very, slow. Even when there is no line. Don’t come here if you have to be somewhere quick! Employees are kind, but it took me 20 mins to get just a pink drink.
Avoid this location at absolutely all cost. This location is SO BAD. We live a block away and after going to this location 2+ times a week for 2.5 years, we're done. We'd rather drive to the one at OHB and Nolensville Pike. They consistently lose or mess up our order. When they don't, it often takes 30+ minutes to get it. The last time I ordered a matcha latte, I could see through it as it was mostly water... do you even make lattes with water? No! Beyondv that, most of the staff is blatantly rude or dismissive.
Update (10/19/24): still really bad. Why do I keep doing this to myself?

It took 25 minutes to get my order, which is far too long, especially when it’s not THAT busy. When I finally got my drink, it tasted awful and was nothing like what I ordered. It’s frustrating when they don’t follow the order correctly, especially after such a long wait. Definitely not the standard I expect from Starbucks.

Rude employees very long wait times. I ordered my usual chai tea latte hot and it took 22 mins to make. The drink was watery and no flavor. Remake took another 10 mins. Horrible.
