Didn’t get what we ordered and they tried to make us pay for what we had ordered originally when we wanted it fixed. Terrible would never recommend. They don’t care to fix any of their mistakes
Really unsure of healthy habits from the staff making our sandwich. I appreciate the wearing of plastic gloves, but not when you mix wearing the gloves, handling the register and money, then wearing same gloves to make the food.

Do not waste your money on the pepperoni roll ups. There are 2 pepperonis and 2 slices of cheese on them with a ton of extra bread. I feel duped. Please see my photos for reference. You'd feel better buying the 3 items needed from Kroger and making them yourself.

Don’t take coupons even tho they come in my mail and I live less than a mile from their location. Last order from them was a 6” tuna sandwich. Today I ordered a 12”. The 6” had three scoops of tuna and the 12” had 4 scoops. I pointed this out to the fellow and he disputed my reasoning. Really lacking in customer appreciation.

I don’t normally write reviews! I called the place and answered and didn’t tell me the statice on my order and proceeds to tell me i didn’t order a meal. What bad customer service! the employee was sooo rude and hung up the phone on me!

Horrible service food was horrible as well
Took my wife there for a sandwich. The young lady behind the counter, while bright and cheerful,, spoke no english. Trying to communicate with her was so frustrating that i paid for my wifes' order, but did not get anything for myself. Instead I went next door and got a great meal. Highly recommend staffing with someone who speaks and comprehends the English language.
