We came here the day after a NSC game to get the free chulupas that are offered if Nashville scores 2 goals - which they did. When asked if they participated in this offer, the woman working the drive-thru said “Uhhh, my boss did not tell me about that, so no.” in a rude tone. We looked online and saw that they did participate in this offer, so we went inside to talk face to face and show her. She told us and another family inside, after waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, that “We don’t have enough people to take your order. Use a kiosk.” in a demanding tone. Just overall rude and unwilling to do their job.

The food was hot and tasted great. I've been to some Taco Bell's that weren't very good. They could take some pointers from the location. The employees are always polite, they greet you, and are aware of the surroundings.

The last few times I’ve come at night they’ve told me the freeze drink machine wasn’t working. So today we asked if it was working. The girl replied with “Nope” in a smart tone. We ordered Cinnabon delights for our kids, and asked for them fresh. We also stated that we had no issue waiting for them. We were given old Cinnabons that were not hot at all & were too hard to eat. The girl taking orders / in the window has terrible customer service. Last time coming here

I'm staying at a hotel close by this taco Bell for work. I worked all day, and just decided to walk over to Taco Bell. I stood there at the counter for over 19 minutes and no one even offered to take my order. There were at least 6 employees in there at the time. So, I walked to the McDonald's right behind it, they took my order right away.

Took forever to get my order and when i got it it was cold and there was hair on the nacho frys. The cashier was very cold and slams the window shut.

Wow! This has got to be one of the slowest TB locations! And it takes forever for anyone to acknowledge a customer's presence. And then they got my order wrong, not once, but TWICE! Once from the drive through and once when they "re-made" it initially. I'm giving 2 stars because the young lady who helped me (finally) when I brought my food back at least seemed somewhat interested in making sure I got what I ordered, even though it took twice to get it right. ?
