I went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru. I pulled aside after ordering to check everything and noticed they forgot both chips for the chips and cheese dip sides I ordered. (This happens a lot so I wasn't too surprised) I pulled back around in the drive thru and explained I was missing two bags of chips. They told me to pull to the window and asked again what I needed. I explained again that I was missing the two bags of chips for the sides I ordered. They handed me a bag that was folded over and didn't apologize. I didn't realize until after I pulled off that they only gave me ONE bag of chips... after I told them multiple times I was missing 2. I don’t expect 5 star service for a fast food place but I at least expect them to be able to read a screen and follow instructions.

If I could it a 0 I would. They forgot to put my taco and I paid for it. When I went back to get it, the taco shell was broken and the ingredients inside were everywhere. They had tilted the taco which caused everything to fall out.

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to... No one there is apparently not happy working there, my Crunchwrap was hard and hardly had anything in it, my husband wanted a bean and beef only burrito with no cheese and rice and they put cheese and rice in it. Repeated that order three times...Will never go there again.

I usually have great service here. But the other day the guy at the window was all nonchalant. I saw him fill my Pepsi and set it aside. I know it does not take long to make taco supremes. Then he proceeds to fill more drinks. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw the line behind me was getting long. It was like he was stacking up orders so he could push everyone through at the same time. When I got to work my tacos were broken and soggy. Very disappointed! It was like he didn't care. Bro if you don't like your job, find a new one.

Staff consisted of young kids and no supervision, i placed the oder being the only one in the dine area, at 6:27 and did not recieve till 6:43, they stood around talking instead of working, while holding cell phones with the gloves they where preparing food with, and not changing them out.

Ordered 2 bean burritos with extra cheese and onions and bottle of water using the kiosk. They tried to give me a cup for water. Then they seemed annoyed when I called them on it and had to get one from their refrigerator in the back. My burritos were puny, the refried beans lukewarm, and no extra anything. It was very disappointing. There was food all over the floor where they were doing food preparation.
