I have never had food from Taco Bell as bad as this location. The food was obviously old and had been sitting a while. Nothing was fresh. Every other Taco Bell I have been to has had much better food than this location. First time here and definitely last time.

We stopped by here after school to get my son an after-school snack. We intended to dine-in, but it was absolutely freezing inside. We opted to take the food to-go and eat in the car instead.
The kiosk ordering is really great, but the kiosks were so dirty. It would be great if they could wipe those off.
The food was good, hot and fresh, so that was nice. It was actually my son's first time having TB, and he loved it. (He's 10).
The staff was friendly.
Other than those two things (cold and dirty kiosks) this could have been a really great visit!

This was good, until today. At around 7PM, the doors were locked. Two employees gave me gestures to go around the building to place an order via drive thru. COVID lockdown has been over for several years now. While slightly farther for me, I went to the Nippers Corner one, and that has never disappointed me. Nippers Corner's Taco Bell is without question the best one in South East Nashville.

The high chairs are COVERED in mold. I'm not talking I'm inspector gadget. I'm telling you they are filthy from head to toe, covered in black mold. Both of them. I've never felt so filthy. Obviously did not put my child in them. Made em wonder what else is gross there.

I went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru. I pulled aside after ordering to check everything and noticed they forgot both chips for the chips and cheese dip sides I ordered. (This happens a lot so I wasn't too surprised) I pulled back around in the drive thru and explained I was missing two bags of chips. They told me to pull to the window and asked again what I needed. I explained again that I was missing the two bags of chips for the sides I ordered. They handed me a bag that was folded over and didn't apologize. I didn't realize until after I pulled off that they only gave me ONE bag of chips... after I told them multiple times I was missing 2. I don’t expect 5 star service for a fast food place but I at least expect them to be able to read a screen and follow instructions.

Today at 10:55 I arrive at Taco Bell I ordered a discovery box the drive-through Isabella rude did not communicate with me. They don’t have any boxes which is not for me as for a kid and after I questioned her why is it in the bag? not in the box she said we don’t have any boxes to shut the window on my face before I finish my questionshe’s rude and she does not want to deal with customers. She should not be at the window. she has no communication skills very rude and un
If I could it a 0 I would. They forgot to put my taco and I paid for it. When I went back to get it, the taco shell was broken and the ingredients inside were everywhere. They had tilted the taco which caused everything to fall out.

No one there is apparently not happy working there, my Crunchwrap was hard and hardly had anything in it, my husband wanted a bean and beef only burrito with no cheese and rice and they put cheese and rice in it. Repeated that order three times...Will never go there again.
