Food is amazing and the orange chicken is great, has a nice crisp with great sauce ratio, the noodles and veggies are also good. Totally recommend, and my wife got the spicy chicken she loves it!

Ordered food online on my break it’s one lane of traffic about time I get there I called to cancel my order. Basically telling me I’m out of 27 dollars because they would be loosing money. Or I can come pick it up later once I get off it will be sitting on the rack .so now that’s old food sitting for hours .. but I bet you I want order from there ever again.

My first experience with Teriyaki Madness was through a delivery, and I must say it's one of the best Asian food options I've come across since moving to this area. I opted for the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, while my girlfriend chose the Spicy Orange Chicken. Despite a slightly longer delivery time, the food arrived fresh and packed with flavor. I even attempted to capture a photo of the Orange Chicken, but my girlfriend devoured it before I had a chance! I wholeheartedly recommend giving this place a try, and I'm eager to explore other items on their menu in the future.
Fresh steamed veggies, quality chicken, and perfect seasoning, not salty! Will be back :)Parking: Next to Aldi, very convenient!

Worst example of teriyaki I've ever had.. and I'm old. Chicken was dry and stringy huge amount but inedible. Teriyaki flavor was worse than cheap bottled Walmart brand. The "fried rice" was not fried rice, it was trash. Broccoli was raw or old. "Crab Rangoons" tasted mildly like grease but nothing more. $20 into the trash. Dinner instead a peanut butter sandwich. Boo! Terrible. Panda Express is half the cost and immeasurably better and cleaner and fresher tasting. I'll never try them again, terrible.

Home sick and browsing for places to get Asian style eats delivered, I stumbled across Teriyaki Madness. The prices are super reasonable for the portions and the food arrived hot and fresh. The spicy tofu with fried rice is definitely something being added into the rotation of local cravings and my boyfriend loved his chicken breast teriyaki bowl with an eggroll.Vegetarian options: The spicy tofu is an excellent veg/an option! Super filling with a crisp exterior and soft interior.

This is for the Murfreesboro TN locationHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/RUDNESS!!! Four coworkers and myself ordered food online. Went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door it was closed for maintenance. Stepped in side and was YELLED at by what seemed to be a manager asking why was I there. Told him we ordered food online and was picking up. He said they told corporate they should not show as being open. He then went to void order transaction and I was then treated rudely by a female worker that closed the door on me in my face. Another customer came in and was treated pretty much the same way. We have told all of our coworkers and will tell all of our customers about our experience. NEVER will we come back to be treated like this by something that was by NO WAY the customers fault. Horrible company!!!!

I used to order a lot from the Nolensville Rd location for delivery. The food is always good, but I’ve gotten multiple deliveries where they didn’t put the order of Mad sauce in that I paid for. It happened again yesterday, so that will be the last time I order from here.
