I loved Sonya the receptionist, who shared the same excitement as me about Shabu Shabu the restaurant. Checked and out for a one night for work. Quiet, close by to many restaurants, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel. I thought this place had complementary breakfast but it does not. The gym is really spacious, so I greatly appreciated it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are first-rate! The room AC worked like a champ. The shower had good water pressure. The beds were comfortable. It is very calm and quiet on the property, i.e. no shenanigans from neighboring businesses like you get in some locations. It is close to a cute shopping/eating district and just a short drive to all of Nashville's attractions. We will definitely be staying there the next time we visit the Nashville area.

This hotel was made better by the presence of one of the greatest concierges I have had in a long time. His name is Shon. He remedy an issue that the employee at the Marriott Customer Service Call Center either could not but I would say would not do. This saved us time, money, and a whole lot of frustration and stress was alleviated. His above and beyond customer service was greatly appreciated and it made our trip to TN even better. If Marriott wants to continue to be on top they should definitely ensure they invest in their employees such as Shon. Please give him a big thank you from us and our lawnmower. (Inside joke) Oh also the hotel is pretty nice just a bit dated for the area it's in. 15 mins from Downtown Nashville a plus. Great restaurants in the area.

Awesome accommodations! Super friendly staff; Spotlessly clean throughout; Free parking; Delicious complimentary breakfast; Close to Brentwood shops (easy walking distance); Comfortable bed in a quiet room with coffee and fridge. So glad to get a last-minute deal to stay here. We will be back.

The hotel has been recently refreshed, and everything was super clean and nice. Seriosuly, it was like staying in a brand new hotel. Desk staff was very friendly. I didn't try the Bistro, but the lobby was spacious and also nicely refreshed. A great weeknight value.

Overpriced for what is offered. Plastic cups. No complimentary drinking water or breakfast selections. Gouged us on price because 12 miles away in Nashville, Taylor Swift concert. We were there for a soccer tournament with granddaughter and location of hotel was good for that. Normal Rate for hotel $166 and might not even be worth that. We were charged $493 for the first night, Saturday!! Not the way to treat Marriott Bonvoy members. ($166 for Sunday night) Front desk staff unfriendly. Housekeeping staff very nice and did good job

I spent a lot of my Marriott Bonvoy points for a free night here and man alive was it worth it. The hotel room was clean and all of the amenities I needed were here and ready to go! Not only that but the lobby was large and spacious for a gathering (I didn't have one, but it's there if you want) and the bistro during breakfast time was top notch! Not only that but I was given a room with a balcony and let me tell you, having coffee while taking in the fresh air on the balcony is an experience worth coming down for if you can make the trek. Overall a stellar stay and the next time I'm in the area, this hotel is first on my list of spots to stay!

Nice hotel with a little bistro in it. A bit overpriced. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Mini fridge needs an update. I met another visitor who also complained of a not so cool fridge. Not sure about everyone else’s travel, but I had to travel through neighborhoods to get to the hotel. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

I have stayed here several times over the years. Great location for nearby meetings. Lots of restaurant options nearby that are walkable if you want. YMCA close by but is closing in May. Hotel Facilities are being upgraded which was needed. Decent workout room for a Courtyard. Staff helpful at checking in and got me into my clean room early so I could prep for meeting.

Stayed one night while attending a LAX game at a local college. A little noisy due to the renovations going on but once complete it is going to look fabulous. Marriott and their contractors did their best to keep the noise under control during off-hours. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the amenities but our room and beds were very comfortable and, most importantly, clean. This location is in close proximity to the freeway, restaurants and feels very safe. All and all, a great stay for what it was for us.

My husband and I were on a night getaway (first one in 3 years) the young blonde that checked us in was absolutely amazing! She kind, quick, and helpful. What we did not know is that the hotel is under construction and it smells very strong of paint fumes in certain parts. There was open lube in the elevator. Pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower upon arrival. The smoke detector was located directly above the bed was flashing all night long. While the stay was very inexpensive, it left a bad taste. When I explained the issues to night audit I was offered a free bottle of water or a snack... I have worked and managed hotels for years. This was inadequate.

I stay in the Brentwood, TN area several times annually, always at a Marriott property. While the location of the Courtyard Brentwood is good, the rooms and hallways are in DIRE need of a makeover. The pics online don't do justice to how outdated and worn the rooms are. It's been a long while since I've stayed in any Marriott property this outdated. Carpet was nearly threadbare, hard to put on makeup due to bad lighting in bathroom area. The loveseat in the room looked like something MAYBE a college student would have in his or her house. While the room seemed clean enough, it just doesn't seem clean when everything is so old. The bed covering was white and fresh and sheets and towels were clean and fresh as well. I figured the renovation will likely begin within 20 minutes of my September 2022 departure - it's needed that badly, they can't wait. The lobby - which I was in for like 30 seconds - IS updated. This hotel has a weird layout - the ONE elevator is in the back corner of the building. Not awful if you know where to park to get it. But, kinda a pain. Next time I stay in Brentwood at one of the many hotels at this exit, I'll choose another...until it's brought up to modern Marriott standards.

I booked a stay there and when I arrived the room was dirty, the bathroom did not have a tub. It was a stand shower with no door. It had dirty tile and the drain was nasty, all in the bathroom. The room did not smell clean nor did it look clean. It was gross and the tile looked very just unclean and just gross. The toilet area and the sink we're about the same, gross looking. I cancelled my stay and went elsewhere. That's when I noticed I was overcharged for the room to begin because that's not he quote or amount I booked with. I'm so very happy that I did not stay there and they ordered me a refund.

The rooms are horrible. Very outdated. The carpet was stained. The room had a very musty smell, like if you left your clothes in the washer over night. There was grime in the bathroom and what looked like mold on the ceiling. The thermostat was broken. I was there for 3 days and no one came to clean the room. The worst was the two roaches I woke up to. One on the wall and one in my clothes that I left in my luggage on the floor. When I complained, they did not seem surprised and were not apologetic at all. I ended up getting a room at the Hilton which was very nice. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great staff, clean rooms and location! Highly recommend as it's close to the industrial area and freeways.
