Bought a ham, three sides, and a pie for the holidays that were great with easy heating instructions. Line went very quickly (I pre-ordered), and everyone at the counter was super pleasant. There was also a woman greeting everyone as they were coming in! I enjoyed a great holiday atmosphere; will return for sure!
I pre ordered turkey breast for Thanksgiving to pick up on Tuesday. I waited in line about 45 minutes to pick up my preorder. I showed the bar code to the person at the counter. My order was for 7 people at $30 to $35. When l got in my car l noticed l paid $45 for a much larger order and much of the turkey breast was wasted and had to be thrown away. I was very disappointed that l preordered and received way too much turkey.
I love Honey Baked hams. They are undeniably delicious. That being said, their prices have become ridiculous and their staff is always less than friendly. It is their busy time and they are trying to herd as many people through there as quickly as they can push them through. The days of being offered yummy samples and hearing Christmas carols while you wait in line are long gone.
