I had a terrible experience at Well Coffee Shop I ordered avocado toast, but they served it with black, spoiled avocado, which was unacceptable. I also specifically ordered my food and drink to have in-store, but they gave it to me as a to-go order. When I reminded them I wanted to dine in, they poured my cold coffee directly into a mug without any care. On top of all this, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

The best almond milk latte I have ever tasted. Wish there was a Well near my home. Delicious healthy food as well. We had the botanical bowl and was great!

I can no longer recommend The Well even though I have been going here regularly for many years and conducting probably hundreds of business meetings here. I ordered a drink and asked for a different syrup in the drink. The manager said that she couldn't do that. I said you can charge me for it I just want this syrup instead of that one. She said "we have to honor the integrity of the recipe". I said, "Everyone has different tastes, wouldn't you want people to get the drink that they would enjoy and make them happy?" She said, "I'm sorry, we can't do that". I am sitting there wondering... why can't they press this pump vs. the other pump of syrup? Kindof unbelievable to me. So here I am sipping on a drink I don't even really want... because they refused to put the pump of syrup that I asked for and wanted to pay for. It was not a pleasant customer service experience and I will now use another coffee shop for all my business... there are plenty to choose from and hopefully will have better customer service.

Mixed emotions about service. Nice atmosphere, friendly employees, great outdoor space. Went with 2 friends and everyone ordered a different flavored iced latte, one person ordered a bagel, which they said was just ok.
Drinks came out without labels, and took two baristas to figure out what was what. One was brought hot, which we pointed out, and there was no offer to redo it, and we didn’t press, but was a little annoying on an 80 degree day. I had asked for my white chocolate latte to be extra sweet, but compared to the others, it was extremely bitter. I didn’t pay, so hoping we weren’t charged for extra flavoring.

Coffee taste: 8/10 - ordered a large black coffee, $4.50, and they gave me a medium which I guess was the biggest they had
Outlet access: 7/10 - there are outlets along the walls in a few spots, but most of the seating does not have outlet access
Seating available: 8/10 - seems like you can always grab a seat somewhere
Vibe: 9/10 - this is definitely a spot a lot of people enjoy working in, it felt like most of the people there had laptops out and headphones on. Very pleasant to be in
Parking: 8/10 - plenty of spots around the mall
WiFi: fast, 45 up, 15 down,
Neighborhood: Brentwood is a nice area
Food: did not try the food
Ambiance: worky and casual
Staff: 8/10 - very nice staff, pleasant to talk to, young.
Restroom quality: I did not use their restroom
Music volume: 10/10 not too loud, not too quiet, lofi music, calm and casual
Water access: water was not available on tap
Walkability: 6/10 - if you take a walk outside, you have a small mall to walk around with nice looking buildings, but it’s mostly just a retail center
Seating options: you can sit down at a round table, square table, or sit on a stool next to most of the outlets, the stool seating doesn’t have much table room at all.

10-1-24 ***UPDATE*** to my original review since the owner wanted to comment in an attempt to make themselves sound like they went above and beyond, which they didn't - WE PAID FOR OUR REPLACEMENT COFFEE'S YOU DIDNT HAND IT TO US COST FREE SO STOP TRYING TO MAKE YOURSELF SOUND LIKE YOU DID! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Zero stars (since I'm forced to leave one.)
Ordered tea and a coffee, both were very unimpressive. Tea was watered down and tasted like cold weak unsweetened tea, even after I requested it be sweetened. The coffee tasted like I made coffee at home, poured it over ice, added sugar and milk. Highly disappointed, and the flavor in the coffee isn't even detectible so Im not sure why they even label them with flavors. The cups are microscopic but the price sure as heck isn't, should've went to Starbucks, we would've at least got a decent sized cup. Don't waste your time going here like we did. Major disappointment.

I think the name of the coffee shop should be bad attitude. And the slogan should be Service with an attitude. Coffee was good attitude was terrible.
The brunch sweet potato bowl is my favorite!!! It always tastes so fresh and everytime I'm in Nashville this is my brunch place! This place is amazing and rarely crowded with free parking in the adjacent garage.
