Vittles has been here in Brentwood for a long time and is always consistently good. It serves classic southern fare and has that old restaurant feel...almost like you are walking into a small hometown diner where everyone is a regular. We stopped here recently for lunch and had the chicken sandwich and hamburger steak with sides. They have a wide selection of sides and we got black-eyed peas, mashed potatoes and lima beans. The portions are large and everything was excellent....

Have been enjoying lunch here for about 13 years. Close to work, good food and good service! I do miss the Blue Plate special! However the food is still reasonably price! And you get plenty of food!

A good little hidden jewel of a resturant. They specialize in Southern Cooking and friendly service. They are hid behind the now closed Ole Charley's. Look for it. You'll be glad you did.
