Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time ever trying Zaxbys. Went to this location. Customer service was okay. Got our food quickly.

Ordered what most people would get & I’m disappointed. Tenders were chewy and felt like they were sitting there for a bit. & really scrawny. Fries were solid nothing crazy. Not sure if I’ll be back honestly. Tons of other good chicken finger spots out there this would be last on my list.

There was an employee's kid running around the place, in the kitchen and pushing a high chair thru the dining room with a blanket and bear, spoke Spanish. Tried to engage us while eating. Distracting.

I am an out of towner who has had Zaxby’s in the past. I am a fan. I am not one who ever writes a yelp review. I just wanted to give a shout out to the store, when I asked for crispy fries, they went above and beyond. They seasoned them well and they are absolutely perfect. Service was fast and we are happy with everything that we got-the store is really clean and the people were really really nice.

This place zaxbys offer senior citizen count every day.You get ten percent off any meal that you want to order.All you got to do is tell them your age and i've never been asked for any I d to show my age.So if you're looking for ten percent off and a real nice meal.This is a place to eat.

Ordered curbside. Showed up on time and checked in. Nothing. Waited 10 minutes. Checked in again. Nothing. Went inside, e people waiting to order. Another 5 minutes before anyone in the lobby was even acknowledged. Of course, the food was half cold by the time I got it

Absolutely love Zaxbys and look forward to going here every time I'm in town for work. The spicy signature sandwhich is my favorite. Always so good! Extra pickles are a must. I also love their fries dipped in Zax sauce and their sweet tea. This location makes great food & very respectful!

That’s my second time to order a food and they always put in the wrong sauce when we ask them they never get the order right I’m not sure why in first time I talk to them and they said I will give you a half percent off and next time they told meI’m sorry. OK well I have to drop this for mom my grandmother and she was very upset.

I ordered doordash on june 28th and they put chocolate instead of teriyaki sauce on my bonless wings and things this is ridiculous

Got a heartfelt call from the general manager dealt with the situation and really helped rectify the situation.

Walked in and saw what seemed to be the manager (he was an old hispanic guy) yell at his workers and cussing them out. Food was ok, but the service was HORRIBLE. Do not come here if y’all are tryna get cussed at too‼️
