Fantastic as always

I go here all the time with my wife. Love the Hamburger Steak and the Burgers especially. Sushi is surprisingly good too, and half price on one day i forget. Kelly has been a bright spot as our server on numerous occasions. Great service and very sweet.

My husband and I went out this evening for date night. We don’t get out often because my husband is stage five kidney disease. When we first arrived , we were met by a staff person asked Jared. Jared asked us if we had reservations, we said no, we were visiting Bristol this evening. He at first said we don’t have any availability, but then in his undertone breath said, you can have the high top next to the front entrance door with a harsh tone and said you really need reservations. We said that would be fine. As we sat there waiting on our several others entered this establishment and no one was asked if they had reservations. His tone alone was was Vera insulting. As we sat at our table, I felt such disrespect from his approach and tone that it actually brought me to tears. I expressed my concerns to the waitress who was very pleasant. Then, as werre trying to enjoy our meal. I could not let go of how I was made to feel and thought it needed to be addressed by management. I waked up to the counter and approached Jared to talk to him and the “manager ‘“ who I neglected to obtain his name, cut into the conversation. He asked what exactly my issue was and as I began to explain, he dismissed my concerns and kept defending Jared. I explained that I just didn’t want anyone else made to feel as Jared had made me feel. I also work in customer service and if I made someone feel this way. I would want to be made aware so it would it happen in the future. I have also owned my own restaurant and you can’t dismiss and talk over an individual who has a legitimate complaint just defending the staff who was clearly in the wrong. If this had occurred and as the manager stated it was a very extraordinary busy evening, I would let this go, but again; it was not. The restaurant did not get busy until approximately one hour after we had arrived. The manager later approached our table and again made excuses for Jared’s actions. He said he took an appetizer off the bill, which was appreciated but in no way addressed the problem. The staff involved then stood in the back of the restraint as my husband witnessed them laughing at the entire situation. I feel a strong need to let others know that being disrespected to patrons is never good business! You need training for both the manager and the front host on etiquette of customer service. Please do better!

Service absolutely terrible

Used to really enjoy 620. We had reservations at 4pm on Father’s Day. Upon arrival, we were pleased to see it wasn’t busy at all. Host seated us and gave us our menus. 15 minutes went by with multiple servers walking past us and nobody had even acknowledged us or gave us drinks. We would have been understanding if it was busy, but it was slow at that time with maybe 5 or 6 total tables dining in. We decided to just leave and go elsewhere.

Always happy to visit 620 State for their sushi or grilled salmon!

The service was great, even on a jam-packed Saturday night! Drinks came quickly and were delicious; the food timing was perfect - as we finished our appetizers the main dishes came out. We loved our experience! The sushi was very good, and the pad Thai was out of this world!

Listen, I've got a terminal disease... And had the worst day of my life since I was diagnosed, today. I walked in, my legs seized up, I could barely walk and got this chicken sandwich. This was the best chicken sandwich I ever had, if I die this evening I will be happy to have eaten this as my last meal. I'm not exaggerating about any of this. This meal saved my day from being horrendous. 5/5 isn't enough, I hope to eat here again tomorrow night, God willing.

This was the first, but absolutely not the last time we will eat here! We were celebrating my birthday and headed to a show at The Paramount. We didn’t budget quite enough time, but when I mentioned it to our server, Troy, he was kind enough to put a rush on our order so we could get to the show on time.
PS…. If you’re unsure of what to get, try the drunken goat burger! So good!

If you do a take out order they don’t have it completed when you have it set. Waited a whole hour after when I requested my food to be picked up. I don’t recommend to order take out since I requested it to be picked up at 7:30 and it wasn’t done until 8:30.
