I was the only car in the drive-thru and it took them 14 minutes to get me a single order of jalapeno poppers. They asked me to pull forward and obviously forgot about me because I had to walk inside to get it. Staff were standing around, none of them doing a damn thing. The food was cold by the time I got it and it wasn't even the right number of jalapeno poppers. Not only can they not do their job but they apparently can't count either. To top it off the worker who handed it to me refused to give me my receipt, refund or remake, and with an attitude told me to file a complaint on it.

There a worker out there making food . her name is Ashley she short with brown hair but she was a blond and plus size . She look like she has not took a bath in weeks her hair is greasy and she smell. She act like she on something bobbing her head and not like you would if u was listen to music. I would not recommend eat there. You will lose your appetite. I end up not getting food and just got a drink and left.

The only reason it gets only four is the pricing 😕😞 but Arby's is always a good meal and guaranteed to fill you up!! The quality of food is light years ahead of McDonald's or Burger King and more so McDonald's and for this particular restaurant great 👍👏 clean fast fresh food every single time I've ever went and in the years I have been going they have only messed up 1 sandwich so that's a 100 A+ in books inside is clean aswell as bathrooms and soda machines!

We went there this evening, 11/15/24 at about 6:45pm. Walked in and no one was at the counter. Waited about 5 minutes or so and left. There was 4 workers outside on a smoke break apparently. That is a shame.

My favorite is the chicken bacon swiss sandwich that comes with honey mustard on it. Always love the cheese sticks, potato cakes, and the classic curly fry. Got to have arby sauce. Wish they'd bring back loaded curly fries tho.
