I usually love this place but recently ordered a steak to-go, cooked at medium. I go to cut it and it’s well done and super dry that it crumbles into separate pieces when I cut it… it did not have much flavor which wasn’t a huge deal due to my notorious selection of at home spices ;) anyway, steak is a no brainer for me. Takes a good chef to perfect it and unfortunately I’ve only experienced steak perfection at Texas Roadhouse. Everything else at Aubrey’s seems to be top tier though!

We visit here frequently. Love the people and food. We enjoy the fish and chips, rattlesnake pasta, seafood pasta, chicken tenders with sweet potato fries, and beverages. The deserts are amazing. Especially the keylime pie. Service is always great. Very friendly environment. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at this restaurant. If I could give the food quality a zero, I would. I ordered the old school nachos and country fried steak. Both were disgusting. Under the country fried steak batter, it was burnt and it tasted like it was fried in oil that had not been changed in awhile. The nachos had really no chili and way too much solidified cheese. We did speak to the manager and I thank him for removing the nachos from the bill. However, better food prep and cooking is really needed for this restaurant.

Calling to order takeout is impossible. Once they answer and transfer you, they pick up the phone and instantly hang up (without saying anything). This has happened a few times. I guess they have plenty of business and are not interested in takeout orders.

The place is clean and nice, the staff is super and the food grate. It was so delicious that we left the plates empty. Alyne is very kind, sweet and very good with kids.

Driving semi truck usually doesn’t provide me with the greatest of food choices. However, I’ve made several deliveries close by this restaurant and finally stopped to try it out.
From my entrée I ordered the Haystack Pasta which is grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms and a Parmesan mushroom cream sauce usually served over linguine. But they had a couple other pasta dishes with bowtie and they were happy to substitute the linguine for bowtie pasta. The chicken was tender and flavorful the mushrooms were cooked well and the Parmesan and mushroom cream sauce was velvety smooth and very hearty. My only critique is personal preference and that is maybe a few more mushrooms would be nice. This is just the type of comfort food I need today! The portion was extremely generous, certainly enough for two. I’ll have the other half tomorrow for lunch.
It also came with warm brown bread rolls with butter. Wonderful!
While it wasn’t on their to go menu, I saw an old menu online advertising a Peanut Butter Pie. With peanut butter being my kryptonite, I could not refuse and order a piece. The peanut butter mousse had a light smooth texture but a richly decadent flavor. It’s sat on top of an Oreo cookie/chocolate graham cracker crust. It came with a side of whipped topping and chocolate sauce. I almost ordered a slice of Keylime pie too, however that will have to wait for another visit. The portion size of the pie is easily enough for two people.
My apologies for the poor photos in the to go containers but I did not have time to sit down and enjoy the meal inside.
The bathrooms were clean.
The atmosphere was a little loud but not too bad.
The staff were absolutely wonderful!

Waited for a bit for a server but it was worth the wait. Brittany took great care of us! We had the Pizza Rockefeller & Filet bites. Both were tasty but the Filet bites were the bomb! They were so good we ordered the 9 oz filet w/ mushrooms to go & the wings. The guy behind us had the wings and they looked amazing & huge! So glad we found this place on our travels. Cold draft beer too!

Traveling through and stopped here for dinner. Prices are great and the food is good. They use farm fresh beef and we had one of the best hamburgers ever at a restaurant.

From the moment you step into Aubrey’s of Bristol, you’re met with an atmosphere that’s both upscale and inviting. The attention to detail in the décor, the soft lighting, and the intimate layout immediately set the tone for a truly memorable dining experience.

The food? Exceptional. Every dish is beautifully presented and masterfully crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients to flavors that are layered and perfectly balanced. Whether you're ordering a steak cooked to perfection, fresh seafood, or one of their seasonal chef specials, it’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in every plate that leaves it.

The service deserves equal praise. The staff at Aubrey’s are knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They make you feel like a guest of honor rather than just another table.

It's the kind of place where you come for a celebration or make any night feel like one. Perfect for date nights, anniversaries, or even just treating yourself to an elegant evening out.

Honestly everything was great the server was great understanding an all . Our only downfall was the Caesar salad . Ugh it tasted more like anchovies and we did not like the after taste so ended up getting garden salad but it didn’t have tomatoes . All in all it was pretty good . Kinda pricey though . Don’t order Caesar salad lol

I ordered Fish and chips. No flavor at all. My husband ordered Haystack Pasta. The menu said it had grilled chicken, when he got his pasta it had no meat in it. He looked at the menu again and it stated chicken. He said something to our waitress and she immediately said it does not come with chicken, it is with a mushroom sauce. My husband said I just looked it up and it said grilled chicken and again she said no. So he went ahead and ate it. I pulled it up on my phone ready to get the manager involved when the waitress came back and said the cook is fixing you another one to take home because it was to have chicken in it. Hmmm. Why did she argue when he said something she should have already known.
