Good brisket. Decent sides across the board. In a town full of wannabe barbecue, this one is decent.

They use to have great food and proper sized portions. Stop by a couple of months ago. Got the bread pudding. The cup was actually 1/2 full. This was the same size cup that used to totally full. Though maybe it was just a off day for them.
Stopped by this evening. Ordered the bread pudding and cobbler. Both cups were 1/2 full. They charged $4.00 each. I realize prices have gone up. But when they chose to double the price and also cut the servings in half. They basically are telling me they do not want my business any longer.
I will not return again and now I cannot recommend they to anyone.
If I could give this a 0 stars I would have
We ordered food and what they weren’t out of was literally not edible. The brisket was burnt with no meat that could be pulled away from the burned sections
The bread pudding had 1/4 inch thick charred black on both sides
There was absolutely no way that they didn’t know this food was not edible and served it anyway
The food was amazing! Loved the honey BBQ sauce, it was spicy and sweet. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back sometime in the future.

I wasn't going to say anything negative about my food and missing sauces until I got to the bread pudding. I normally love the bread pudding but the last time it was very dry and this time its burnt. I'm not sure what has changed there but I hope things get back to normal soon. The actual BBQ was good.

This is the best pulled pork in the tri-cities. They cook out of green eggs and they know what they're doing. They have a menu or you can get pounds at a time. The bbq that comes with it will be all you need and you will not want to change it for something different.

I've been getting the pulled porked 1 lb and pint of cole slaw. Enough there for 5-6 different meals for my husband and I. Well tonite they were out of pork so the owner suggested either the chicken or brisket. We chose the brisket. It was awesome.it was better than the pork. Definitely will be going back weekly. Coodos to the manager and her suggestion. Thank you.
