Potato salad is always good but everything else is served cold. Macaroni and cheese always cold and dry. For 33.00 dollars plus we deserve more. Pork/macaroni should be hot and fresh. We’ve given this place 3 times to do better. FAIL!!!!!!

Me an my wife were tired of the same ol same so she works in Bristol an we live in Erwin an she brought this food home and omg it was so amazing-my 10 year old also dug in an enjoyed it-Highly Recommend-Great

I absolutely hate baked beans so the entire meal is ruined. It certainly isn't "covered in pork or chicken", I hate to dig for the 2-3 very small pieces of meat. They didn't ask which meat I wanted, so I assume it's pork. I called ahead and they "didn't drop it until you're in the drive thru", and didn't ask me at that time either. I ordered a 7-up to go with dinner and it was awful. Complete waste of money and time to go pick it up.

I love this place!!! Have any of you all been told they don't put salt on your fries? That they have salt you can buy for 50 cents. That just blew my mind 😐

I couldn't find one thing bad about this place, the pulled pork sandwich was delicious and a generous helping of it as well, the bbq beans was out of this world delicious and I'm thankful I got an extra quart of them, the coleslaw was also delicious and on spot!! The employees were nice and polite and the drive thru went fast!! I highly recommend this place and would vote it as THE BEST bbq place in Bristol, yes, it really is that good!! Give it a try, your taste buds will be glad you did!

The Hickery Smoked pork was amazing. And the loaded baked potato was massive.
Drive thru brisket sandwich, yes please. Had to make a stop here on the way to Bristol. Ladies working were all friendly, even though I must’ve sounded dumb cuz we don’t have anything like this in Hawaii. Prices were cheap, brisket was top notch. Love the kick in their bbq sauce, smokey and flavorful. Coleslaw was on point, not too sweet, good kick of onion, just enough vinegar to balance it all out. Bun stood up to all the fixings. 10/10 would come back again.
Some workers are rude foods geat tho .. also noticed this time they charge me .4 to put my sour cream on the side cause boy friend is allergic and we share it. Also, getting food from window she heald my loaded tater tots up side down and when I said something she said sorry but acted like it wasn't a big deal. I mean I just spent 40 dollars on food I expect it to b correct.

I always get the loaded fries!! Omg soooooo very good. You get a good amount and it is delicious ? . I'm no longer in TN and I think about this place and how I miss the delicious food! Whenever I get into town, this is where I want to go and get their loaded fries. Absolutely amazing and because it is large portion, I can eat on this at least twice, sometimes 3 times but that's only me. Everyone else can demolish this in one setting. If you aren't sure what to get, try these, it's totally worth it! I'd almost drive the 14 hours just to have the loaded fries right now. Go get ya some!!!
