This is my second review. Unfortunately it is completely opposite of the first one. My sister, my niece and myself all ordered the rib dinner and up charged for the Mac and Cheese , also we ordered half of chicken which came to $69.00. The person taking the order was nice and friendly, no complaints there. When the rib dinners came out the order that I got was charged to a crisp there was no possibility way I could eat it, there wasn’t any meat left on the bone it was charred! I of course brought back to the person who took our order she instead of immediately trying to make the order right asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, right then I knew she didn’t see the problem.I was not going to take a chance on another order so I asked for the brisket instead, they were both the same price. They made me wait a few minutes more just to serve me a brisket that was equivalent to shoe leather. It was extremely dry and tasteless.No amount of sauce could make it better there were a few pieces that weren’t dry, however they were surrounded by fat. The manager was in the kitchen and knew my concern about the ribs but only made my experience there terrible by serving old dried out brisket to me. I stomached what I could only because I was extremely hungry from moving all morning. This will be the very last time this restaurant gets anymore of our money!

Food is always great! I love how the store is kept so clean. The employees are always friendly. I never have to worry about my mobility service dog here. There is plenty of space and everyone is super nice. The music doesn't overpower conversation.

This place is amazing! Food is delicious, employees are super friendly, its always cleab and to top it off prices are so reasonable! Our go to lunch place when in Bristol! If you haven't tried it yet, GO, you wont be sorry!

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 . I did notice ants were on other tables along the windows. Plus the windows sills were dirty and nasty. Number 2, the TV was on and extremely loud....and what was on ? Sports!!!! Men yacking back and forth as fast as they could talk. Not everyone enjoys listening and watching sports in every restaurant in town!!!!!

Love me some Buddy's! Great BBQ chicken, pork, turkey and ham. At a nice price! The half chicken, and the trip platters are awesome.

The manager was a bit cranky but we don't always have good days. The food was pretty good. I've never eaten at a Buddy's so no comparison to others. I'll be back for sure.
