I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.
I got the mild bbq wings, baked beans and a Jr fudge cake. I placed my order over the phone and picked up in the drive thru. Both employees was very kind and welcoming. The food though…is mid. The wings are big and juicy but the BBQ sauce is not good, in my opinion. It has a strong vinegar taste. The baked beans I thought would be some fire bbq baked beans since it’s a bbq joint but they are just like lightly seasoned pork n beans honestly. I added a little bbq sauce to them...
Have tried many fast food bbq places around the south and all have been terrible except for buddys. It is good every time I go, I get a pulled pork sandwhich and hush puppies and load both with the bbq sauce. The chocolate fudge cake with ice cream is very good too.
