Tried placing a to go order 30 minutes before closing and I I understand closing a restaurant but when someone calls 30 minutes. It’s common courtesy to at least answer the phone. Won’t try eating here anymore but the food sure looked good. :/

We walked in to get a to go order tonight. When we got home we realized they gave us the wrong order. We took the food back and they sad they couldn't take the food back and if we wanted our original order we'd have to pay for it. We have been eating here for years and are extremely disappointed about how they handled this situation.

Never leave bad reviews but this place needs some discipline.
Wait staff was just uncaring and borderline rude. The serving size on salsa was a joke. I could practically fit it on 2 chips.
My fajita was bad. I have been to over 100 Mexican restaurants and was in the bottom 5.
I still left a 15% tip because…well I don’t know why.

A coworker convinced me to give this restaurant another try. We stopped for lunch. We ordered off the lunch special menu & it took quite a while for our food to arrive. We had already finished the basket of chips so our server offered to refill it when he brought our food. Unfortunately, he must have forgotten & we were almost finished w,then he returned to the table & realized he had forgotten them. The dish I ordered included a taco, an enchilada & beans. The taco was quite tasty; the enchilada not so much. The beans were an awful combination of crunchy & runny - like they hadn't cooked enough. This restaurant hasn't changed much since my last visit several years ago.

I go here all the time with my Mother. I've never felt more welcomed and genuinely appreciated than here.
The service it's top notch, it is far above and beyond anywhere else I've seen. It's so good, in-fact, whenever I eat somewhere else I almost feel guilty as I never experience a fraction of the same service anywhere else.
The food is, generally, pretty damn good too, especially for the price!
If you haven't been here and you're in the Bristol area, you're missing out!

One of the best Mexican restaurant in the state of Tennessee!!! White sauce is what keeps us coming back.... been a patron for over 5 years always a great meal when we visit Bristol TN.

Usually when you get a fajita the plate is hot and sizzling they were not hardly no peppers or onions very little salsa for the chips and had to go to the cash register to get a to go box (for the dog) and to get our check I don't recamend this place at all (Paul DiPietro)

I had the fish, shrimp, and scallops fajitas with a guacamole salad, and a margarita. Very good! I Prefer that guacamole has some avovado chunks in it. Salsa is slightly too hot for me. Very reasonably priced.
