When I say they emptied the ENTIRE salt container when making the Guac, it was so damn salty! COMPLETE WASTE!

I’ve eaten at Chipotle everywhere and it’s one of my faves. So excited we got one in JC and at the Pinnacle. Really disappointed to say the Pinnacle store is absolutely the messiest unkept Chipotle I’ve ever entered. Food on the floor all over the customer tables and the prep counter. Plenty of staff, just walking right through this mess and it appeared not doing much. Didn’t even order, just got out of line and departed.

I have been a Chipotle fan for years. That being said, it's just ok. Tried the new carne asada, it was dry and lacking flavor. The side of large queso I got was luke warm at best. And lastly, the service person gave me a side of sour cream instead of the hot salsa that I asked for. Super let down for a $30 burrito(double crappy carne asada and $6 large queso)

Ordered food and it said would be ready by 8:30. Got to the window at that time and literally watched someone make my food and put the bag aside. They ignored me for 10 mins and had 4 different gave me eye contact but refused to come to the window. It took me to open my window and knock on the window to get someone's attention.

This is the messiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Trash, food, ice all over the floors. Most tables were dirty. Expensive too- over $20 for one bowl and a fountain drink.

Food was OK at best, was a little overcooked compared to other Chipotles I have visited. Cashier smiled but you could tell was new, had questions on how to start items.

Most of the time the food is fine enough. The chicken is pretty fatty and if you pay extra for sauce, you don't even get half a tiny cup

We did not it here. We walked in and the first thing we saw was the garbage was overflowing and the floors were filthy with food all over. We walked in a bit further and noticed the tables were all dirty, some with trash and some with food remnants. This totally turned us off and we just left. They were not busy, only one person in line. It’s very sad as we were excited about Chipotle all day, we both were hungry for it. But, refuse to eat in such a filthy environment.

Never again...I guess if you close at 10 PM you stop making food at 7 PM. I went here at 6:58 PM and they were out of nearly everything. At first I was like o.k. maybe they had a rush but I walked around the corner to get a drink and it looked like nothing had been cleaned or stocked in forever. They was two other patrons in the store and several employees. Looks like the management just doesn't require anyone to work. Really disappointed and I guess I don't have to worry about coming back. Oh yeah and they tried to overcharge me so then, there's that.

Gentleman preparing the food was working the line ALONE!!! He was so kind, and polite in mist of doing it alone!! On a BUSY SUNDAY tax free weekend! Give him a RAISE!!!
The cashier stood in her place when she easily could jumped in and help in! The line was to the door customers started leaving when they saw the wait and one person working the line. The trash cans were full over flowing, the floors full of food as no time to clean up the place.. Everyone looked beyond stressed, short handed!! Shame on you chipotle for not scheduling enough people today and stressing your employees!!
