DIRTY. DIRTY. DIRTY. Only 2 customers were dining in when we arrived after stopping on a road trip. Floors and tables were covered in food scraps and trash bins were overflowing.
Bathrooms were so disgusting that we opted to use the nearby gas station bathrooms instead.
Guacamole was not fresh. Queso was gritty and cold. Meats were cold.
Watched an employee kick a box behind the counter from one side of the store to another.
If you’re hungry- Avoid this place.
If you’re the manager- clean this place up.

Food was fine, service was good, but it was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. The floor appeared to have not been swept all day, nearly every table had food in it and under it, there was a trash can in the middle of the dining room, and all the trash cans were full. All the counter tops behind the counter were also visibly dirty. It just generally felt gross eating here.

Upon entering this location for lunch today, I realized that there was an entire soccer team in line in front of me. There were about 20 people. I almost left, but I saw how the staff was functioning so well that I decided to stay. There were only 3 employees in the restaurant. However Zoe, the manager, kept everything flowing smoothly and quickly. I had my food within ten minutes. It was delicious. As soon as the line dissipated Zoe was out in the dining room getting everything spotless. She did all of this with a smile!!

I want to start of by saying: I LOVE Chipotle. Their food is so great and I love the variety of options. However the last 5 times I've been there, service has been awful. Most of the time the workers are standing around talking and when I come to pick up my mobile order, I have to wait 5 or so minutes for someone to hand me my order that is just sitting there. - On top of the fact that I usually only get the burrito bowls and there hasn't been enough in there to feed a child. And I'm not exaggerating, I opened a bowl and the bottom of the container was barely covered. - I don't know if it's the people they've hired or if they have cut back on their portions since they opened, but it's ridiculous. I pay between 14 and 20 dollars for a bowl and I'm not getting my money's worth at all. They need to seriously try to fix this issue, because I want to see them last at the pinnacle location.

Oh my goodness!!! Just had the biggest burrito I've ever had in my life!!! Made 2 meals out of this one burrito! Many different options of good fresh Mexican food. Service was quick and helpful. We took our meal to the big pond and had a little picnic.
