We won’t be back to this location! Management is a joke and is very asympathetic towards guests. Having a special needs child, I know that his behavior may cause some stares and attract attention. It is a completely different situation to have a hostess gawk, laugh and poke fun at my child’s behavior. I’m not sure what her name was or the name of the dismissive manager I spoke with who claimed her actions were out of character. We left with our food to go and I’m very disappointed in the handling of this matter. If it’s a family restaurant, this behavior from employees shouldn’t be tolerated. We just left an event for special needs children and wanted a fun lunch, not to be the next zoo attraction. Sad. I will say our waitress was sweet and relatable and her performance was not the issue. She got a ginormous tip because of the disruption and conflict she was subjected to, I wish the rest of the staff were just as sweet as Kayleigh was.

Thank you Gracie, for such amazing hospitality! The food was so delicious! Super fun atmosphere! Clean bathrooms. Cute bar with a full spectrum of choices! Fresh, hot chips in the nachos, pizza was huge hit, Jamaican hand pie was really good too! Tried the keylime pie and pumpkin cheesecake, both very good!

My sister, cousin and I came by on our way to Virginia and the food was so good! Gracie was our server and she was such a sweetheart and very attentive. She also gave great recommendations! If I didn't live in Oregon, this would be the place we would go to eat out!

This is a unique restaurant every time we are in Bristol we eat here , we have been known to drive from our home which is 140 miles away to eat here on the spur of the moment. My wife loves the grilled chicken sandwich and my favorite is the BBQ nachos . We also love their homemade potato chips , they also have an amazing selection of pizza .

We ordered the shrimp poor boy and muffaletta sandwiches. My wife stated that she did not like the sauce on her poor boy at all and that the bun was below par. While there was plenty of content in the muffaletta the sauce and the flavor was well below par. It just didn't taste like a real muffaletta.

Green hatch chili and cheese was the best tamale, all tamales were decent. Jerk chicken was dry and overcooked and the fruit topping for it was a bit weird tasting. I'm still not sure if I like the funky key lime pie or not. Key lime cookies were great. Roasted sweet potatoes and the rice and beans sides were not appealing.

Club sandwich was very thin, the bacon inedible. Key lime pie was good but contained HFCS. I will not go back and will not recommend to others.

Stopped here for a quick bite for lunch. As usual I sat at the bar. I was greeted by Cole who is very professional. The menu is big. Like very big. It's designed like a newspaper and it has several pages. Hard to believe you can get fresh quality food when a menu is so big. I mentioned something to Cole, when I saw pizza on the menu, that I'm from Chicago and kind of a pizza snob. He told me that they have very good pizza and I wouldn't be disappointed. So why the hell not. They offer a 14 inch full pizza or half pizza option. It's basically the same round pizza but cut in half. They cut the pizza in squares which is what I'm used to. Damn right if it wasn't a good pizza. Very thin crispy crust and the sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. Not used to flat sausage since I normally have sausage pieces but it was none the less very very good. The food was amazing, Cole was amazing. Another highly recommend here in Bristol.
