Got a cake for my sons birthday, they were able to put happy birthday on it for me and it looked great! I used the app so I was able to get 50% off the cake. I also found out they can make them to order, just make sure you give two or three days notice.

Ordered 4 sundaes. Asked to have lids on them because I had to drive to get home. The inept cashier at the drive thru window said they didn’t have lids. I asked for my money back then. She proceeded to put drink cups upside down on the sundaes. I told her that they would leek. She said “no they won’t!” when I got home they had melted all over my car seat. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. The girl that answered said she was the manager. And that she was the girl that gave me the sundaes. When I told her my complaint she said I would have to talk to the manager. I asked if the manager was there. She said yes and asked me to hold to get the manager. Then the phone went dead! I called back but it said they couldn’t answer the call!! AMAZING!!! In trouble if that is a management person!

The food was horrible. It was cold the onion rings and French fries were cold and French fries barely cooked. Our sandwiches were also cold. Unless it improves I will not eat here again. And the worst part today was my wedding anniversary.

Like most other fast food chains, they have downgraded their quality. Ice cream products are still good though.
I normally get the same thing. when I go to Dairy Queen. I indulge and get myself a large vanilla malt with Heath candy and in the past other dairy Queens have told me they can't mix them. they can throw it on top. I asked them just to throw it on top and they mixed it for me. very kind. this place is great.

I went in and ordered one blizzard. One medium cheesecake blizzard. 30 minutes go by, nobody has said a word. 35 minutes someone asks what we had. It took 35 minutes to get one medium blizzard. Never again.
