Excellent donuts and even better service. Joy was amazing and she plays the best music. I had the chance to come in and experience this amazing shop while on vacation. I will differently be back. 5 star service

Duck Donuts is a total gem! Their donuts are absolutely delicious—warm, soft, and made fresh right in front of you, which is such a fun touch. You can really taste the difference. Their coffee is just as amazing, the perfect pairing with a fresh donut. Definitely worth the stop if you’re craving something sweet and satisfying!

The donut might have been good if they hadn't made it and then let it sit for around 15 minutes while they took more orders. Can't give them 1 star because they were obviously understaffed. Can't give them more than 2 because it didn't make sense to make it but not give it to me. They'd already given me part of the order.

I placed a door dash order at 630. The order was being prepared and getting ready to go, and the dasher was even there ready to pick it up when they decided to cancel to order.
They claim it is because the order was placed after they closed. This is false as Door Dash does now allow you to place orders after closing and the or was placed at 630, which is before the closing time.
This is horrible customer service and should not be allowed. If I were to lie and refuse to do my job as they did, it would cost me my job.
