Best doughnuts hands down. They employees are always very friendly. They have so many options to choose from and they are made to order so they are always hot and fresh. The doughnuts are amazing the texture is great. They remind me of a funnel cake. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone.

I'm glad this store is far away from me. I would be totally broke! The donuts are so wonderful. It's like a party in your mouth with every bite. They melt in your mouth. The milkshakes are great too. The store is very clean and is neat that you can watch your order being made. Staff is very friendly and patient while you try to figure out which masterpiece to order. I would definitely recommend going and checking this awesome place out.

So happy Duck Donuts came to the tri cities! We came from Charlotte and missed them bc Dunkin just does not compare. Warm, fresh and great mix and match. No, they are not cheap donuts but worth it when you bite in. There's an ordering kiosk at the front if you don't want to stand in line. But we didn't mind the line.... I was happy to see it busy! Highly recommend the maple bacon! Blueberry pancakes is amazing too.
My wife bought us a dozen of these and I’ll tell you, they’re magical. The blueberry taste was so bright and fresh it was like they had been freshly picked during a summer dawn while the sun burnt off the fog across Ozarks. Okay I admit may be a little dramatic, but for real; best donuts I’ve even had.
