The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. You can customize your burger (no vegetarian options, sadly) with a wide variety of toppings and the fresh cut fries are not to be missed. Your soft drink is fully customizable, as well, and the shakes are duvine.

My wife and I have ordered from this Five Guys several times now and have never been disappointed! They make the best Five Guys burgers I have ever had! I would go as far to say that they make one of the best burgers in this area, period!....which is why I'm writing this review. I wanted to give them recognition for caring about the product they're putting out and thank them for continuing to produce such great food! So, thanks everyone, and Happy New Year!
me and my family love five guys, although it can be a bit pricey. we stopped for dinner after the movie and let me just say, the floor looked like a pig that ran in there and ran back out. it was super nasty, even the tables had crumbs all over them. we complained how bad it looked in there with food all over the floor and how the tables were dirty. and the employees were just sitting on the counter behind the cash register socializing not doing anything!! you would think they would be cleaning the floors and wiping the tables down in their extra time. i’m pretty sure the manager was one of them that was talking too, since she was wearing a different colored t-shirt. if i was the owner of the place, i would've fired all of them. the food and everything is great, except if i’m gonna pay $40 for a meal, i would expect the place to look better.

Friendly staff. One of them saw that we tied up our dog outside and handed me a bowl of water for him without me even asking. Then another employee stopped by our table for a quick friendly conversation. The food was delicious and the place was clean. I’ll return for sure!
