This is the first time I've eaten a bad cookie from Great American Cookies. The birthday cake cookie was horrible... had no taste, except for a chalky taste from the sprinkles. The other cookies were fabulous.

cookies are great but the service is not good. I walked in no greeting, the blonde girl behind the counter just stood there and didn't speak. I ordered, paid and left. I was the only customer there and there were 3 employees and not one spoke. the only time the blonde girl spoke was when I asked if I could get them in a box and she said no. she told me the total and asked if I wanted a receipt. customer service here needs a lot of improving. A smile goes a long way!

The cookies were great, but the staff, especially the blonde were so rude. She kept acting like we were bothering her and standing there looking at us like we were getting on her nerves for just being there. The other two were not rude, but were not friendly. They seem miserable. Will not be back to this location.
