I ordered a pancake combo with sausage. They gave me a side of pancakes… I corrected them on the issue and said sausage not bacon for a side. they gave me bacon. I was not happy. It felt like the server didn’t want to serve me and got my order wrong 2 times on purpose.

We were in a "breakfast for dinner" kinda mood and decided on this particular IHOP because it's in a convenient location (off of Volunteer Pkwy), just a ways up from the race track and it's brand new!

The store was Nasty ..windows and glass front doors were filthy....I mentioned it to the waitress...just to see if she would report it to the manager...and get them cleaned...didn't happen...the store was empty only 3 tables in use out of 18... they obviously don't care about keeping a clean store... makes one wonder about the food prep areas...Manager should be fired...then we had to check ourselves out of the restaurant...How hard is it to keep glass in front doors clean .? Especially when complaints are given...?

Waitress was a sweet girl working her first day back in a while. She was upbeat and very pleasant. The restaurant was dead at that time. It was us and one other table. The manager comped 50% of the meal do to an issue with something in the food from the kitchen. However that was only part of the issue and that was the least of the issues really. We ordered one stack of specialty pancakes, crapes, and a omelet with hash browns, grits, a butter biscuit and some cinnamon dips.. each item came out separately 6 mins apart so non of us got to eat hot food. Because we were trying to wait for all our stuff to get to the table. We never did get the cinnamon dips and didn't ever get the biscuit.. very disappointed in the cook and the timely manner of all of it.. that was the worse. Because when your out to eat all order at the same time you should receive all your stuff at the same time. Not sure that I'll go back until they hire a new kitchen team.. Because I work to hard to come up with 50$ to go out to eat for cold food..

Finally an IHOP that can make a passable southern biscuit and gravy!!! Food was excellent! Service was quick, and very friendly. Will be back here regularly.Vegetarian options: My vegan GF has no problem finding delicious food here.
