I ordered a smoothie bowl online for pickup while working in the area. It was a good size at 16oz but they price was a bit steep. I went close to closing time and the young lady was gathering trash. I told her I had a pick up order and she put down the trash and went straight to the refrigerator without washing her hands. Proper hand hygiene is very important when handling good items.

love love love!! The sweet girl behind the counter, Emma, was so helpful and made BEAUTIFUL bowls. This is seriously the best, freshest, and most consistent place with high quality ingredients. My favorite ever and Emma made it even better.

Really hate to leave a bad review because I want to like this place so bad but honestly they need some feedback. Today I placed my order at 11:04am online for pickup. I arrived at 11:20 and the poor girl working alone hadn't seen the order yet since it failed to print out. Whatever I'm in a hurry but that's fine I guess. What I don't understand is this is a breakfast/lunch place, why do you open at 11? Then have one employee doing everything? I've been employed by similar businesses and you need at least two people to work and take orders. I witnessed a family come in and leave while she was making my order which was incorrect the first time, I should have just asked for a refund here I would have been happier. The smoothies aren't smooth & the toast isn't toast, you have to toast it first. I've had chunks of banana in every smoothie I've had from here. With such a limited menu there needs to be consistency for the price which for me was $50 today and took 35 minutes.

The most un professional place I've ever seen. Over priced drinks, overworked people, and lazy moronic owners. The poor people who work there are held to high standards and get fired over text! The owners don't do anything but watch the cameras. They do very little to no training with expectations of you knowing everything. This "company" is pathetic and needs to be shut down.
