I stopped here, with my friend, after going to Johnson City, she had pizza and I had the wings and a chef salad.

We almost walked out after standing at the host stand and seeing all the dirty tables and the manager seeing us and a number of others waiting to be seated, yet she looked the other way, also through out the time we were there and as busy as it was.
Another server suggested we sit at the bar instead of cleaning a table, so we did. Our server Bren took the time to greet us even though he was very busy. BREN was amazing! He served our drinks and took our food order with a smile and in a timely manner. HE gets 5 stars!
Management was on her phone several times. Management needs to step it up.
We come to Brusco’s every time we drive through Bristol. Never misses!

Used to love Johnny bruscos especially the one in kingsport and occasionally in Jc. But Quality has went way down and prices seem to go up. I've had less than good food that is that taste or looks decent from any of there stores in a long time. I used to order all the time but have order maybe 4 or 5 times in 2 years and just out of chance it might be good or decent quality but once again ended up paying over 10 dollars for 2 slices of cheese pizza 1.50 on Mondays but only dine in. For 2 slices I'm gonna chuck out the window because it has crap from something all over the pan that is pepper like not sure and there quarter prices of tomatoes under the cheese that is under soggy crust. Anyways enough I wouldn't suggest and def. The last time I will try hoping for some quality of actual half way attempt NY style pizza should have known better like I did the past 4 or 5 times I have been disappointed. Just frustrating to spend double the price for something that is meant to. Be taken to go anyways and is unedible. Sorry for the rant but don't expect anything close to NY style if your looking for it and over priced.
