Came in as soon as they opened, Catherine was the member that took our order, she was extremely nice and attentive. The food was amazing! We had the Turkey Avocado and the Brisket melt as well as loaded fries and tots. If you haven't tried the meaty sauce I highly recommend. It was a wonderful experience

The regular four cheese grilled cheese and ham and cheese were mediocre at best. The ham and cheese had onions and tomatoes. I'm not sure who enjoys hot tomatoes. Besides that I wasn't greeted and the two young ladies never acknowledged me. I had to ask if my order was ready for pickup and they never answered. I saw one bag in the pick up area and checked to see if it was mine. Thankfully it was so I took it and left. I will not return if I'm working in the area again.

I took my kids here to try the place out and I will for sure go back here to eat it was on the high side for price but the food is worth the drive and price we got 3 of the BBQ brisket sandwich 🥪 and I will get it again....

We recently visited Melty for lunch and loved it. We ordered the Turkey Avocado and the Melty Club.
The food was fresh and ready quickly. I was excited to see they carry my favorite bagged chips.
The bathrooms were clean, accessible, and are individual unisex bathrooms.
It was quiet enough to carry on a conversation well at the table. There's a slightly smokey haze just due to the nature of the food.
The staff was super friendly and helpful

We had a party of 5 dining this evening, we all put in our order as one big order together. We were served and one of our sandwiches was missing. My brother went and told the worker Lily about the missing sandwich, she walked over to the other worker (Malou) and told him. So my brother assumed they went to make the sandwich. After we all finished, I went up to see if the sandwich was ready. I waited for 5 minutes, I could see both workers sitting in the back room while I waited. I told Lilly we were still missing the sandwich. The second worker (Malou) came up and said the sandwich was made. I told him my brother already asked about it about 15 minutes ago. He said he didn’t know and handed me the now cold sandwich. I brought it over to my sister in law. He followed me to the table and asked if we needed anything else. I then asked him 4 times for his name. My husband had to ask him for a 5th time for his name. He stated, to my husband, his name was Malou, said he was a manager at the store. Malou was apparently upset to give me his name. Very strange experience.

Food is awesome but there were no clean table with three other people in the store when we asked for a wet towel to clean the table the server literally handed us a rag and spray didn’t offer to do it for us or anything with no one else in line she literally stood and watched us clean our own table but they ask for a tip
the best homemade caprese and tomato basil soup i didnt have to make! it was outstanding
