Customer service definitely needs some work. I would not go back. We ended up leaving and going to Jersey Mike's across the parking lot- they were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, that was my first and last visit to Melty's.

My wife and I went there for lunch. It's a small place and it was extremely crowded and cramped. It took almost an hour for my wife to get her sandwich, I never got mine. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Had no idea how our order got screwed up. It's a brand new place so maybe it will get better but I doubt we will ever go back. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Melty completely missed it big. We will probably never go back.
