Messed order up. No big deal. Sat 10 feet from window waiting for forgotten burger. Girl didn’t give it to me until I stopped the drive through and asked a second time. By then it was cold sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service

I was at the Pinnacle Pals Friday around 2 ordered a sauce burger frenchie fries and half and half tea,the sauce burger could not have been any better the fries were done to perfection and the tea is always great and as an added bonus the girls at the order window and pickup window were awesome!thanks Pals for a job well done!

Always love stopping at pals in the mornings on my way to work! The food is always great and very good prices as well. I've almost never had to wait on my order before either. Definitely took some getting used to not paying at the first window as someone who had never been there before until recently though. Keep up the good work! Great food!

Pal's is the best fast food burger bar none!! I always have to walk up and order my work truck doesn't fit the drive through, they're always friendly and never say no. All the other places say NO. Thank you PAL'

The store manager is absolutely amazing. They have only messed up my food once and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The food is always very quickly prepared and always fresh. I have not had anything here. I didn’t like the tea is also amazing. Make sure you add raspberry or peach.

This is not the Pals that I remember. I don't really care if the hamburgers are a little bit smaller. I honestly remember that they used to taste a lot better. Just a little disappointed.
