My first experience here was tonight. I have got to tip my hat. This establishment was fast, affordable and had some of the best food I've ever had in fast food. The staff was so friendly, and I have to say that in today's workplace with everyone shortstaffed and overworked; that didn't seem to be happening here. No one seemed stressed at all. I even witnessed a young man come running out to pick up some money a lady in front of us dropped by accident so she wouldn't have to try and squeeze out of her car in such a tight spot. This is above and beyond, and speaks words to the owners and managers yhat they have such thoughtful employees. One last thing, I absolutely love the design of their building. It's playful and eye-catching.

For the first time visiting pals I wasn’t disappointed. The burgers were excellent and the chips (fries) hot and fresh. I’d recommend the restaurant. For fast food it was really good. Superb service might I add. The facility is extremely clean. As I looked around even the trash area was tidy. The buildings are catchy… what is not to love.

When in town I always make a point to stop through pals. The big chicken is super tasty, along with some cheddar rounds and a peachy tea sure to hit the spot. The burgers are also really good. When in town if you eat drive thru this is definitely a local classic to try.
