DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. One of my coworkers had food poisoning BAD last week, and a REP catered our lunch with Petros today and EVERYONE at my work is sick!!!!!!!

Wish they had dine in or a place to sit outside. Nachos get soggy quick.

It is a drive through, so the atmosphere is whatever you're riding in? Food is always excellent, service is always quick and friendly. Can't beat the original Petro.
Vegetarian options: The vegan potato is what my gf always gets. She loves it, and it's usually more than one meal bc it's huge!

I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!

This place is a drive through. Pleasant interaction with worker.
Pricey and the chili is similar to canned. Staff seems like a well rehearsed commercial when they speak. They also charge a credit card fee. Who does that nowadays? I mean most folk uses their debit card or credit card to make purchases. Even though I love their tea, I can't see myself or family visiting again.

It would be a lot better if it wasn't just a drive-

The food was sloppy, thrown together, and had none of the condiments that were stated per the menu. The chicken nachos were all broken chips, barely any cheese, no condiments, and so much sour cream. The baked potato with chicken was missing the requested bbq sauce. The chili just had globs of sour cream and some melted cheese. For the $32 we spent and we called in to order it so it would be ready cause we drove 15+ hours and this was our dinner.
Canned hormel chili dumped over fritosnot bad but at $10 for a frito pie and a coke i'd rather eat pretty much anywhere else
