It is a drive through, so the atmosphere is whatever you're riding in? Food is always excellent, service is always quick and friendly. Can't beat the original Petro.Vegetarian options: The vegan potato is what my gf always gets. She loves it, and it's usually more than one meal bc it's huge!

Canned hormel chili dumped over fritosnot bad but at $10 for a frito pie and a coke i'd rather eat pretty much anywhere else

The food is taking big hits lately, from raising prices, reducing portions, dressings and quality to not having items prepared regularly. It seems they are out of potatoes 9X out of 10, or have a 15 minutes wait. My last potato was actually a decent size but with 1 TBL of sour cream, no chives, butter on the bottom and leaking out of the bag, and....a burnt potato, well....it just left me so disappointed. Not sure why the quality is going down hill while the prices keep going up. Please, someone care about the quality you put out. It's not like we're not paying for it ....

Nachos were descent but boy was I in for a surprise with the sweet tea. I was very parched working in this heat and after eating a few jalapeños I was in dire need of a drink. As I wrapped my lips around the straw anticipating the sweet, smooth flavor of an ice cold tea I was set ablaze by the overwhelming taste of fireball. If you like those candies or the alcoholic drink then you'll probably enjoy it but if you dont then beware.. It's advertised as a hint of orange, but you'll get a whole lot of fireball

Pricey and the chili is similar to canned. Staff seems like a well rehearsed commercial when they speak. They also charge a credit card fee. Who does that nowadays? I mean most folk uses their debit card or credit card to make purchases. Even though I love their tea, I can't see myself or family visiting again.

We love trying out new places. This was our first visit and didn't know what to expect, but based on the reviews we decided to try it! Megan who took the order and served at the window was very friendly. We tried one small original Petro each, and also had the nachos. It was a lot of food, but we just wanted to try both. We had one original nachos with olives and one with chicken, olives and jalapenos. Honestly, the original Petros seemed to be missing something, not sure what. Maybe a little more spice? It was good, but just seemed a little bland. I'll probably try the Baja next time to see what it tastes like with salsa? The nachos were very good. A large portion, with excellent-tasting queso, and jalapenos were not too spicy. Wife liked the Petro's Ice Tea with orange. All of the toppings in the food seemed very fresh. A nice change from all of the burger joints. We will return to try other items!
