I visited the Starbucks @ the Volunteer Pkwy location today Thurs. 07.25.2025. I want start by saying that in my opinion ever since the covid pandemic I have felt that most restaurants (but not all) have really been lacking in several key areas when it comes to the customer service. It just seems that the care, drive and in some regards the dedication to make sure a good product is presented to the customer has been lost somewhere along the line. But, today I saw a very refreshing change in my perception of that. They were 2 employees working today @ the Volunteer Pkwy location and in the midst of them both being completely slammed with customer orders and drive thru customers they both took the time to greet me and fulfill my requests and give great recommendations on new and upcoming products. Ive never been a huge fan or patron of any Starbucks locations. But after having such great service and experience from Caleb and Kaye @ this location I will definitely be making this Starbucks a top choice on my goto lists of restaurants in the Bristol area. Thank you again so very much and keep up the excellent work!!!😁

Easily accessible off Volunteer Parkway, staff is friendly and helpful. Cinnamon Coffee is excellent. Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew is great on a warm summer day 🌞

I am a normal drive-thru customer, but I recently heard that Starbucks would be serving glass cups instead of the normal throw away cups. This change was so so small but I felt like the Cold brew that I got was the best I have ever had from Starbucks. It seemed like the barista's actually cared about the presentation of the drink and it felt different inside the store. The wife and I actually had a coffee date for the first time at a Starbucks and it was such a great experience. I also had the egg with bacon and gruyere bites and they actually came served on a plate. My wife ordered a pumpkin loaf slice that also came on a plate. These little changes I believe helped us feel more welcome and relaxed. We ended up staying there about 45 minutes just enjoying each other's company and drinking coffee. Definitely could see myself coming back to have a drink inside again.

I love Starbucks and the staff is always friendly and greet me with a smile and by name. Will manages the store well and has a great supporting group of people who can make your day with a smile. Volunteer Parkway is my favorite location and I do enjoy all the Starbucks locations. Even when covered up with orders someone will send a smile your way letting you know they enjoy you stopping by and if your day is a down day then they can put a smile on your face.

Rude!!! Don’t know how to treat a customer, when you get a drink incorrect , don’t let the customer see you poor sone out and then hand you the same cup and drink back . Call the manager who lied and said she was unaware of the situation but yet in the same sentence said actually I remade your drink , but wait thought you didn’t know . Never will be coming back !
Will and Cassidy including the other employees are great! They’re always on top of everything and offers top notch service. They greet me by name, always super friendly. Such a clean Starbucks and always look presentable and clean. They truly make my 3-4 visits enjoyable! Great staff and great team

Ordered a cold brew what I got was old cold coffee . There is a difference in taste and as much as they charge there shouldn’t be an issue with getting what you order. I couldn’t even drink it because it was so bad.

I was a little upset that they had a problem with my 3 month old puppy being with me. Other than that the coffee was great but my pregnant friend did not like the scone or whatever it was she got.

Terrible. They carelessly didn’t put the lid on the Refresher drink and it spilled all over the car. They saw this when we asked for napkins but didn’t offer any assistance. When emailed they responded that we should have told the employee even though the employee saw what happened and did nothing.
