It’s a Taco Bell and it’s decent. But literally every single time I’ve been here, I either get the wrong food or there’s at least 2 items missing. Definitely the worst one in the area.

Love the happy hour and their chicken protein bowl, they older lady at the drive thru is the nice person she is always ready to help and she goes over and above what's is required of her as an employee ?

Came in 30 mins till close, I know that’s not the best time so we weren’t gonna order much. All the employees literally hid in the back. Drove around saw an employee stocking and then he ran off, drove around a second time and they were still hiding and no response at the drive thru for 15 mins :,/…
If I could pick zero stars I would have!! Me and my friend decided to eat in and came in at 11:30 pm was told they didn’t close until 12. It’s currently 11:51and we still do not have our food and there are 3 people working and very few cars have came through the drive thru. The absolute WORST service I’ve ever had and I personally have worked in the food industry for years prior to what I do now. If I was their store manager I would fire all of them on the spot

Order was wrong, slapped together and nasty looking, they refused to fix or refund it, and I guess it was the manager, actually wanted to stand there and argue with me that nothing was wrong with the order while I'm looking at it.Example: I'm allergic to lettuce, so obviously I always order my food "no lettuce". There were several pieces of lettuce bits that had fallen into my food while they were throwing it together. I told the lady "I'm allergic to lettuce, that's why I ordered it no lettuce", she actually said "this is a no lettuce...well there's only a few pieces in it" and slid it back across the counter to me...refusing to fix or refund it.At that point, with seeing the condition of what food we did actually get (and the dirty hands, general bad hygiene, and attitude of those making the orders--not exaggerating) we'd decided that we were not going to eat there, and asked for a refund, which they refused to do.So we spent the money for quality food to eat and literally received nothing (except the bad experience and arguing from the one supposedly in charge).Not only will we never eat there again, we may never eat any Taco Bell again, it was that bad.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Messed up my order and completely messed up everything in
Closed at 11:41pm while there was still a line of cars in the drive thru. Rude girl working was wearing green and red plaid pajamas putting up paper closed signs over the drive thru menu. Other workers were sitting in there cars. Over all very disappointed because it “was” one of the better Taco Bells in the area. Do better night shift.
