Sam downstairs is awesome! Always in a good mood! Jesus Love him! Emily is very attentive upstairs in the dining area. Had the Irish stew. I never had heat or celery in any before so that was new to me. Also, had the fish and chips. I slather their buffalo sauce all over it. Yum-O!
My wife and I did the tour on Saturday Feb 28 with Alisha as our tour guide. It was a fun learning experience! Alisha explained the process as we walked through the facility together. Then we enjoyed taste testing at the end.
I highly recommend doing the tour!
Great drinks. The tasting is amazing. We'll worth the $6.00
We took our first tour here at Tennessee Hills today and Alisha was our guide!! This was her first as a guide today too!! She was SUPER awesome!! So bubbly and did very well and new her stuff!! We had a great time! Thank you Alisha!! Good luck to you!!
We have been here several times, this distillery is top notch, everything about Tennessee Hills, is impressive, from there beautiful facility, to the food, liquor tasting, atmosphere, everyone is so accommodating, highly recommend!
Went last year in April of 24. Was awesome and burnt ends were phenomenal
We had a great experience last night at Tennessee Hills. Troy was our tour guide and he was laid back and knowledgeable. Afterwards we enjoyed a tasting with Troy and then headed upstairs for a flight, appetizers and live music.
Awesome place, great views, food, atmosphere, and drinks!
Beautiful place tucked away . My son took me there for a tasting and I have to say I was digging the vibe. In addition to the interior , the exterior offers great views of the hills behind . The staff was pretty cool and knowledgeable as well
I can 5/5 recommend a tour of Tennessee Hills Distillery. Ask for Cameron and you will not be disappointed! So much heart and soul going into this state of the art “Brewstillery”! The hardest part of this tour is deciding how many bottles (& 6-packs) you can fit in your already overly packed car! 😊

This place always has the greatest vibes and the food is incredible. The servers are the best !
Although we live near Bristol we have not visited this place. On a slow Tuesday evening we finally did it and we're happy we did.
It's a beautiful setting on top of the hill near the Pinnacle. The restaurant is on the second floor. We took the elevator.
The food menu is mostly chicken wings and BBQ meats... and they are delicious.
I had the wings and the were huge... must have come from terraractyles. My wife had the salad with brisket the size of high school lunch tray.
We tried the beer. I like dark stout and they had several choices.
All the beer and alcohol is producted in the distillery onsite. Our table was next to a glass wall that let us view the distillery operations below.
Service was great and the entree prices were reasonable bu todays standards.
There is an outdoor patio with sunset views.
A tasting room is on the main floor with a $6 fee. You can purchase liquor by the bottle in the tasting room ($25/bottle).
This could become a habit. I’ll be hard pressed not to want to go here anytime in Bristol. Great selection of beers, awesome views and they are kicking out some delicious food. My better half loves their pulled pork and pit beans, I keep doing the tacos! The first time I got the tacos, I did the burnt ends and this last time I got the pulled pork. I absolutely love that. You can make them as funky as you want. Mine comes with barbecue corn, pickled red onions, slaw, and beer cheese. With the brewery part upstairs and restaurant if you go downstairs, they have a tasting room and you really should try that espresso vodka.
I absolutely love this distillery
Having gone to breweries for years, we felt comfortable recommending this location for a post-Christmas family visit. We were quoted a wait time, which we were completely fine with. While waiting, we approached the bar to order a beer and were abruptly told they were “too overwhelmed” to serve a wait drink.
I have never experienced a brewery refusing a pay-as-you-go beverage, particularly to the extent of not even offering a non-alcoholic option such as a Sprite for my daughter. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and lacked even basic customer courtesy.
Management was not visible or available, and there was no effort made to explain the situation or offer an alternative. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable family outing turned into a disappointing experience.- Thumbs Down
