Got an excellent bagel from Bristol Bagel this am - and the best Tomato Basil soup I’ve ever had (which you can buy by the quart sometimes!).
While the food was exceptional, the service was even better. I watched as the team today helped a customer who was struggling with a new card. They hadn’t activated it yet, so it wasn’t working.
The team explained how they could get the card activated and did so with such care and compassion. They were exceedingly patient and understanding. I foresee eating far more bagels moving forward. That’s the kind of care I love seeing in the world.

Bristol Bagel & Bakery has THE best bagels and flavored cream cheese (blueberry is our favorite), but they have so much more to offer - coffee, boba, soup, etc. I've been going since it opened in 2019 (and before when it was Manna Bagel for 10+ years). It's a gem of a place!

This place is an absolute gem of a bakery, I really really mean that.
My wife and I come in here every once in a while and will get bagels and boba tea (both amazing, lots of variety and always great flavor).
Beyond the amazing food, the service is always on point; the folks here are all so kind, compassionate, open, and genuinely care about good service. It reminds me of a coffee shop I worked at in my 20's, The Willow Tree, for me it's quite possibly the closest thing I've experienced to that magical time and place in my life and always has me leaving with a smile on my face.
Thanks for all you do and all your employees hard work. This place has forever earned a special place in my heart as a magical little hole in the wall (in a cozy, local, and welcoming way) where good memories are made.

Out of all the places in Bristol to buy bagels, this one is my favorite. Always polite, quick even when busy, prices are always reasonable. Nothing's I've gotten from them has ever been bad.

Only visiting town for a week. But managed to come here twice. The whole look of the place is very rustic and gives you a sense of eating at home. Their bagels are top notch. I can't give a true suggestion only getting to try two of them, however the feta and spinich really had flavor to it instead of leaving something to be desired like normal bagels. No doubt 5 stars I'm my mind. Plus everyone who works there is super helpful and friendly.
