Not a fan but wife likes this place for some reason. Today waited 20 min for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was only warm when it came and lightly toasted on the edges. It tasted fine. Counted 13 people at tables, 2 people in line and 5 people behind the counter. When in there a year ago waited 30 minutes for a bagel. They need to sort out their service issues.

This is one of the coolest places to eat on State Street. Really cool vibes and they have so many flavors of bagels. Just a fantastic place to grab a bite and watch the world stroll by.

Came in here to get a couple bagels for breakfast. Nothing too crazy, just regular bagels with cream cheese. The bagels themselves were great, and the cream cheese was much better than most other places I’ve had bagels from. Definitely will go back!

Absolutely delicious food every time I’ve eaten there, and the service is incredible. A doordasher picked up our order by mistake, and Perrin was a huge sweetheart and remade it for us and even brought it over to the Paramount where I was working. 5 stars all the way. I recommend the Asiago egg and cheese with added bacon if you want an incredible breakfast sandwich 🤌🏻

This place is special. Honestly the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life. So soft with such a good chew. The cheddar jalapeno bagel is very tasty but with that cherry pepper cream cheese? 🤤 whoever thought of cherry pepper cream cheese is a genius. Good amount of flavor and spice. I also got the Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Brew and I loved it so much I had to get it again the next day. Yes, I had to come here 2 mornings in a row. Starbucks who? The white chocolate raspberry scone was also very lovely. And the staff were so nice no matter who was working. Everything is great, just eat here!
The bagels are to dense more like a bread but the service was awesome

Got an excellent bagel from Bristol Bagel this am - and the best Tomato Basil soup I’ve ever had (which you can buy by the quart sometimes!). While the food was exceptional, the service was even better. I watched as the team today helped a customer who was struggling with a new card. They hadn’t activated it yet, so it wasn’t working. The team explained how they could get the card activated and did so with such care and compassion. They were exceedingly patient and understanding. I foresee eating far more bagels moving forward. That’s the kind of care I love seeing in the world.
The bagels aren't as good as they are in the NE of the country, but great for a local place.

Ordered via DoorDash Pick up. Went to pick up after receiving text that order was ready and was told they 'didn't have any online orders received'. Went back in and asked again and they still denied having online orders. I could see the bag (the ONLY bag) on the back counter. I asked them to look again and they gave me my food...finally. Got home..no egg on sandwich. Called them...they really didn't respond w any customer service. Very unhappy and after many years of frequenting there, won't go back.

We stumbled upon this bagel shop while making a quick overnight stop on our way back home to Nashville from the beach and I am so thrilled that we did! I am a little bit of a bagel snob and I ordered the sesame bagel with jalepeno cream cheese and wish this shop were next door to me at home now. One of the best bagels I’ve ever had (and I try to find some everywhere I go). The coffee was good too, which is always a big plus when that isn’t the focus! I never have high expections for coffee but it was a great pairing. My kids had a mix of bagels, a cinnamon roll, a cookie, and various forms of boba tea. All of it was a hit! Very sweet- so great if you enjoy that, which my kids do, but if you don’t prefer sweet maybe mention it to them as you order incase they can accommodate that.
Another perk for us- that its an inclusive and safe space for all! Not always easy to find in more rural areas and it was a joy to find that here.
All in all, I will absolutely count this as a must-stop next time we drive through.

Love love love this place! Daily customer!!!! Does anyone know if it's chicken or vegetable broth used for the tomato basil. I tried my hardest to recreate it since I've moved and can't make it there everyday like I used to but can't get it exact!

Not a fan.. went today and got 3 sandwiches and 2 boba teas. The croissants that the sandwiches were on were hard and there was hardly any meat/bacon on the sandwiches. Definitely not worth the price for a tasteless sandwich on a hard croissant. The highlight was the boba tea but definitely won’t be back..
