First, it was absolutely freezing in the dining room, made it very uncomfortable. Second, we ordered an appetizer that was brought out AFTER we were served our dinner, IN A TO GO BOX, and it was like no big deal. Third, although the food is good, on a 12 inch Philly, there was literally only 2 small slices of Roma tomatoes (one for each side of the sub), and about less than 10 fries that were very oily and burnt. For as much as we paid, it wasn't worth it. Very disappointing.

No refill on drinks brought. Wife's salad was very disappointing. Server messed my order up, when brought out wrong she acted like it was OK, just eat what she brought. Philly cheese steak looked good nothing to brag about. Will not return. Heard others including my wife say bad service before , thought we'd try and Both were dissatisfied.
