After Driving 3 hours it was a breath of fresh air to have Malissa serve us. Just a Fabulous Team environment. One of the employees was getting off and went out of her way to assist us until Malissa could get to us. TEAM WORK. The environment was clean the Cook was very organized and the food came out quickly. The flavor of all the food was excellent. Just an awesome environment and experience at this location.

Our server, who I believe was named Sharon, was super unprofessional and just had a super rude attitude. She had AirPods in the whole time singing, and checking her phone, she was super slow and rarely ever checked up on us. I had to yell across the restaurant to even get a box because she would never come to check if we needed anything, and the only time we saw her was to get our order, the food, and to lay the check on the table. If you told her “thank you” her response was “mhm”. Just overall not a good experience, and I believe something should be done about this, because I personally don’t want to have this type of experience again nor anyone else

The waitress was good, but a little scattered, could be because she was very pregnant😊 This restaurant was clean and fast. Food was... ok, not great.
Kid-friendliness: There was one set of parents with 2 children. The waitress was great with the family and the children were really happy and good.

Sarah was great. She was cracking jokes and made us feel welcomed. Keith was great. Food was delicious and came out fast. Great singing voice Angela was also super nice. Congrats on 7 years. Kevin asked for my first born child in exchange for my food. He dropped kicked my husband and put too much salt in my food.

This is a bit of an "upscale" Waffle House if that is possible. Super clean area in the Pinnacle Mall on the SWest-bound side of I-81 between Bristol and Cumberland Gap.
Food was typical WH quality. People were nice. Very clean and upscale. They were ok with me bringing in my own bubble-water
Vegetarian options: At WH, they prepare food at separate stations so the waffles don't get made with the eggs or side-meats.
Not a lot of vegetable options except for potatoes and tomatoes
Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate special requests. Very nice folks.
