The food was absolutely disgusting. The steak had no flavor and wasn’t cooked correctly. My eggs were cooked way too damn hard. The toast was so damn hard it crumbled trying to put my jam on it. And the hasbrowns. OMG , out of everything that could have been correct but nope! I asked for scattered, smothered, and capped…. Why was everything placed under the hashbrowns and the mushrooms weren’t even cooked. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House!

I don't appreciate giving payment to waitress (who offered to take it), only to have no change returned. Waitress disappeared from view. The upshot is that we paid $40 for a $28 meal. When I want a $40 meal I'll find a better restaurant.
We eat here typically when we are out late or I work late. The food is consistent and good. I typically always get the Allstar meal customized to my liking with a blueberry waffle. My husband and son typically get the texas bacon cheese melt. I have also tried a few other things on the menu, including biscuits and gravy, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and a few of the breakfast bowls. We have never had a complaint with our food. The servers are always on point. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and we never fail to get greeted and treated like family. Also very kid friendly!

I came to grab some food. The time was 3:15 a.m.... I have worked 12 and a half hour shifts four nights before this and only slept 3 hours and woke up at 2:30 PM Tuesday evening. One of the employees mentioned they thought they were going to give me Narcan I work for the federal government and I have never done drugs in my life. I stated that I do not support Narcan and the female blonde employee at the restaurant told me that she WOULD NOT SERVE ME. She was very rude to me and I gave the cook which was a male and was very nice a $15 cash tip as he was cooking the food I ordered and I left.

A coworker & I went for lunch. The restaurant appeared clean. Staff was friendly. Our server was efficient. I ordered a patty melt with hash browns all the way. Over half the plate was covered with hash browns. They were hot & delicious - filled with mushrooms & onions & tomatoes & ham & covered in gravy & chili. The patty melt was tasty with plenty of bacon. The price was reasonable & I was extremely happy with our meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

It was our first visit here in Virginia to the waffle House and we enjoyed our time. The food was delicious. It was hot. It had great flavor. Our waitress took care of us. Our drinks stayed full. Everything got to us in a very timely manner. We were very impressed.

This place is absolutely horrible. Employees can't stay off drugs long enough to cook and serve you a meal worth paying for. Most of the time your waiting for service because staff all piles up outside while you wait. Employees don't seem to be the cleanest either. Management is well aware of the issues yet nothing is ever addressed. I actually witnessed the manager and her husband or bf intervene in someone's personal matter in the parking lot causing a ruckus. For this establishment to be fairly still new, it's definitely gone downhill quickly.
